Claims (11)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から提供される排気ガスを利用して、圧縮空気を排出する過給機と、
前記圧縮空気及び燃料の発熱反応によって得られる第1圧縮混合気を排出する改質器と、
前記圧縮空気及び前記第1圧縮混合気を混合して得られる第2圧縮混合気を排出する圧縮混合気生成部と、を備え、
前記圧縮混合気生成部は、
前記過給機から前記圧縮空気を受ける流量比率調整部と、
前記流量比率調整部から前記圧縮空気を受けると共に前記改質器から前記第1圧縮混合気を受けて、前記第2圧縮混合気を排出する合流部と、を有し、
前記流量比率調整部は、前記合流部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量と前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量との比率を調整する、内燃機関システム。 - 前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間に配置されて、前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間を流れる前記第2圧縮混合気を含む混合気の温度を得る温度取得部と、
前記温度取得部から出力される情報に基づいて、前記流量比率調整部を制御する制御部と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の内燃機関システム。 - 前記流量比率調整部は、
前記過給機から前記圧縮空気を受ける分岐部と、
前記分岐部及び前記合流部に接続されて、前記合流部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を制御する第1バルブと、
前記分岐部及び前記改質器に接続されて、前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を制御する第2バルブと、を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関システム。 - 前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間に配置されて、前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間を流れる前記第2圧縮混合気を含む混合気の温度を得る温度取得部と、
前記温度取得部から出力される情報に基づいて、前記流量比率調整部を制御する制御部と、
前記制御部は、前記混合気の温度が目標温度よりも高いとき、前記第2バルブから前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させ、前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも低いとき、前記第2バルブから前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させる、請求項3に記載の内燃機関システム。 - 前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間に配置されて、前記圧縮混合気生成部と前記内燃機関との間を流れる前記第2圧縮混合気を含む混合気の温度を得る温度取得部と、
前記温度取得部から出力される情報に基づいて、前記過給機を制御する制御部と、をさらに備え、
前記過給機は、
前記排気ガスを受けて動力を発生させるタービンと、
前記動力を受けて前記圧縮空気を排出するコンプレッサと、
前記内燃機関を前記タービンに接続する経路と前記タービンの排出部とを短絡するバイパス経路と、
前記バイパス経路に設けられたウェイストゲートバルブと、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記混合気の温度に基づいて、前記ウェイストゲートバルブを制御する、請求項2又は3に記載の内燃機関システム。 - 前記流量比率調整部は、
前記過給機から前記圧縮空気を受ける分岐部と、前記分岐部及び前記合流部に接続されて、前記合流部に提供される前記圧縮空気の流量を制御する第1バルブと、
前記分岐部及び前記改質器に接続されて、前記改質器に提供される前記圧縮空気の流量を制御する第2バルブと、を有し、
前記制御部は、
前記混合気の温度が目標温度よりも高いとき、前記バイパス経路に流れる前記排気ガスの流量を増加させ、前記第1バルブから前記合流部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させると共に前記第2バルブから前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させ、
前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも低いとき、前記バイパス経路に流れる前記排気ガスの流量を減少させ、前記第1バルブから前記合流部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させると共に前記第2バルブから前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させる、請求項5に記載の内燃機関システム。 - 前記内燃機関と前記流量比率調整部との間には、サージタンクが設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関システム。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関から提供される排気ガスを利用して圧縮空気を排出する過給機と、前記圧縮空気を利用して前記内燃機関に提供される混合気のための第1圧縮混合気を生成する改質器と、を備える内燃機関システムの制御方法であって、
前記混合気の温度を得る第1工程と、
前記混合気の温度と目標温度とを比較する第2工程と、
前記第2工程の結果、前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも高いとき、前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させる第3工程と、
前記第2工程の結果、前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも低いとき、前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させる第4工程と、を有する内燃機関システムの制御方法。 - 前記内燃機関システムは、前記内燃機関と前記改質器との間に設けられたサージタンクを含む、請求項8に記載の内燃機関システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関から提供される排気ガスを利用して圧縮空気を排出すると共に前記排気ガスの一部を分流する機構を有する過給機と、前記圧縮空気を利用して第1圧縮混合気を生成する改質器と、前記圧縮空気と前記第1圧縮混合気とを利用して前記内燃機関に提供される混合気のための第2圧縮混合気を生成する圧縮混合気生成部と、を備える内燃機関システムの制御方法であって、
前記混合気の温度を得る第1工程と、
前記混合気の温度と目標温度とを比較する第2工程と、
前記第2工程の結果、前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも高いとき、分流される前記排気ガスの流量を増加させ、前記圧縮混合気生成部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させると共に、前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を増加させる制御を行う第5工程と、
前記第2工程の結果、前記混合気の温度が前記目標温度よりも低いとき、分流される前記排気ガスの流量を減少させ、前記圧縮混合気生成部に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させると共に、前記改質器に提供する前記圧縮空気の流量を減少させる制御を行う第6工程と、を有する請求項8に記載の内燃機関システムの制御方法。 - 前記内燃機関システムは、前記内燃機関と前記圧縮混合気生成部との間に設けられたサージタンクを含む、請求項10に記載の内燃機関システムの制御方法。
