Claims (7)
- エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体の樹脂材を10〜50倍に発泡された樹脂発泡体に対して均一にパンチング加工若しくはスリット加工を施された板状の版材の表裏両面若しくは片面に生地を積層するラミネート加工を施したシート材を90℃〜150℃程度で加熱処理し、コールドプレス成型加工し、又は前記シート材をパーツに裁断、縫合して成る衣料用芯材。
- 前記エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂材の酢酸ビニルの含有率が5%(重量)〜30%(重量)である請求項1に記載の衣料用芯材。
- 前記パンチング加工若しくはスリット加工の開口率が全表面に対して5%〜25%であり、前記パンチング加工若しくは前記スリット加工が断面円形の透過孔であり、前記パンチング加工では孔径が1mm〜5mmであり、前記スリット加工ではスリット幅が3mm〜20mmである請求項1又は2に記載の衣料用芯材。
- 前記生地が厚さ0.3mm〜2.0mm程度のポリエステルを基礎材とした天竺、トリコット等である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の衣料用芯材。
- 前記加熱処理が10秒〜120秒程度である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の衣料用芯材。
- エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体の樹脂材を10〜50倍に発泡処理し、
前記発泡処理された樹脂発泡体に対して透過孔で均一にパンチング加工若しくはスリット加工を施し、
前記パンチング加工若しくはスリット加工された板状の版材の表裏両面若しくは片面に生地を積層するラミネート加工を行い、
前記ラミネート加工されたシート材を90℃〜150℃程度で、10秒〜120秒間程度加熱処理し、
前記加熱処理された処理済みシート材をコールドプレス成型加工する、
ことを特徴とする衣料用芯材の製造方法。 - エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体の樹脂材を10〜50倍に発泡処理し、
前記発泡処理された樹脂発泡体に対して透過孔で均一にパンチング加工若しくはスリット加工を施し、
前記パンチング加工若しくはスリット加工された板状の版材の表裏両面若しくは片面に生地を積層するラミネート加工を行い、
前記ラミネート加工されたシート材を裁断、縫合する、
ことを特徴とする衣料用芯材の製造方法。
