図14には、本実施形態に係る遠隔管理装置12における、節電計画作成プロセスのフローチャートが例示される。この例では、電力量[kWh]の削減により節電を達成するための制御計画を作成するプロセスが例示される。
換算目標削減金額=(電力量料金単価+再エネ発電促進賦課金単価) × 目標削減電力量 ± 燃料費調整額 ・・・(4)
図15、図16には、本実施形態に係る遠隔管理装置12における、節電計画作成プロセスのフローチャートが例示される。図14のフローチャートと同一のステップ符号が付された処理については内容が重複するため適宜説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 建築物に設置された複数の電気機器の動作を制御可能であって当該建築物に設置される中央管理装置と、
前記建築物から離間した遠隔から前記中央管理装置に対して制御指令を送信可能な遠隔管理装置と、
を備える節電支援システムであって、
前記遠隔管理装置は、
目標削減金額が入力される金額入力部と、
入力された前記目標削減金額の通貨と前記建築物が設置された地域の通貨である現地通貨との交換比率が記憶される為替レート記憶部と、
前記建築物の所有者と前記建築物に電力を供給する供給元との間で定められた電力料金体系が記憶される電力料金体系記憶部と、
前記目標削減金額を前記現地通貨の金額に換算した換算目標削減金額と前記電力料金体系とに応じて目標削減電力量を求める目標削減電力量算出部と、
前記建築物に設置された任意の前記電気機器に対する出力制限内容が定められる出力制限内容記憶部と、
前記出力制限内容に基づいて、前記目標削減電力量を満たす少なくとも一つの前記電気機器及び少なくとも一つの前記出力制限内容を求める制御計画部と、
を備える、節電支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の節電支援システムであって、
前記遠隔管理装置は、
前記電力料金体系が、固定料金と従量料金からなる二部料金制であるときに、前記目標削減金額を前記現地通貨の金額に換算した前記換算目標削減金額を、前記固定料金分の削減金額と、前記従量料金分の削減金額とに分配する金額分配部を備える、
節電支援システム。 - 請求項2に記載の節電支援システムであって、
前記目標削減電力量算出部は、前記従量料金分の削減金額と前記電力料金体系に基づいて前記目標削減電力量を求める、
節電支援システム。 - 請求項3に記載の節電支援システムであって、
前記固定料金は、前記建築物における主幹電力の最大消費電力に応じて定められ、
前記遠隔管理装置は、
前記固定料金分の削減金額と前記電力料金体系に基づいて目標最大電力を求める目標最大電力算出部を備え、
前記制御計画部は、前記目標最大電力及び前記目標削減電力量を満たす少なくとも一つの前記電気機器及び少なくとも一つの前記出力制限内容を求める、
節電支援システム。 - 建築物に設置された複数の電気機器の動作を制御可能であって当該建築物に設置される中央管理装置に対して、前記建築物から離間した遠隔から制御指令を送信可能な遠隔管理装置であって、
目標削減金額が入力される金額入力部と、
入力された前記目標削減金額の通貨と前記建築物が設置された地域の通貨である現地通貨との交換比率が記憶される為替レート記憶部と、
前記建築物の所有者と前記建築物に電力を供給する供給元との間で定められた電力料金体系が記憶される電力料金体系記憶部と、
前記目標削減金額を前記現地通貨の金額に換算した換算目標削減金額と前記電力料金体系とに応じて目標削減電力量を求める目標削減電力量算出部と、
前記建築物に設置された任意の前記電気機器に対する出力制限内容が定められる出力制限内容記憶部と、
前記出力制限内容に基づいて、前記目標削減電力量を満たす少なくとも一つの前記電気機器及び少なくとも一つの前記出力制限内容を求める制御計画部と、
を備える、遠隔管理装置。 - 建築物に設置された複数の電気機器の動作を制御可能であって当該建築物に設置される中央管理装置に対して、前記建築物から離間した遠隔から制御指令を送信可能な遠隔管理装置としてコンピュータを機能させる、節電支援プログラムであって、
前記コンピュータを、
目標削減金額が入力される金額入力手段、
入力された前記目標削減金額の通貨と前記建築物が設置された地域の通貨である現地通貨との交換比率が記憶される為替レート記憶手段、
前記建築物の所有者と前記建築物に電力を供給する供給元との間で定められた電力料金体系が記憶される電力料金体系記憶手段、
前記目標削減金額を前記現地通貨の金額に換算した換算目標削減金額と前記電力料金体系とに応じて目標削減電力量を求める目標削減電力量算出手段、
前記建築物に設置された任意の前記電気機器に対する出力制限内容が定められる出力制限条件記憶手段、
前記出力制限内容に基づいて、前記目標削減電力量を満たす少なくとも一つの前記電気機器及び少なくとも一つの前記出力制限内容を求める制御計画手段、
として機能させる、節電支援プログラム。
