Description
さらに、特許文献1の構造にあっては、モジュールを複数直列で設置したい場合、モジュール間に配管を介する必要があった。
天面5tと底面5sとの間に変形防止部材5rが設けられている。この支持凾5Rのその他の構成は図1に示した支持凾5と同一であり、同一符号は同一部分を示している。
ゼオライト膜を構成する主たるゼオライトは、通常、酸素6−10員環構造を有するゼオライトを含み、好ましくは酸素6−8員環構造を有するゼオライトを含む。
、一酸化炭素、一酸化窒素、水などから選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含むものが挙げられる。これらの気体成分からなる混合物のうち、パーミエンスの高い気体成分は、分離膜を透過し分離され、パーミエンスの低い気体成分は供給ガス側に濃縮される。

Claims (10)
- 筒状のハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に該ハウジングの長手方向に配置された複数の管状分離膜と
を有し、
被処理流体が該ハウジングの被処理流体室内を一端側から他端側に流れ、管状分離膜を透過した流体が該管状分離膜を通って取り出される分離膜モジュールであって、
該管状分離膜の一端部は、前記ハウジングを横断するように設置された支持部材に支持されている分離膜モジュールにおいて、
該支持部材に設けられた、前記管状分離膜内が連通した集合室と、
該集合室内の流体を前記ハウジング外に取り出す取出部材と、
該支持部材とハウジングの端部との間に形成された背圧室と、
該背圧室内と前記被処理流体室とを連通する連通部と
を備えたことを特徴とする分離膜モジュール。 - 前記連通部は、前記支持部材の外周面と前記ハウジングの内周面との間の間隙である請求項1の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記支持部材及びそれに連なる前記管状分離膜を有した管状分離膜ユニットが複数個前記ハウジング内に配置されており、前記背圧室側に最も近い側に配置された管状分離膜ユニットの前記集合室と、その他の管状分離膜ユニットの集合室内とが接続部材によって連通されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記接続部材は、前記支持部材から延設されたノズルであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記ノズルは、各支持部材からそれぞれ延設され、隣接する管状分離膜ユニットのノズル同士が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記ノズルを前記ハウジングの内周面に支承させる支承部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記支承部材は、前記ハウジングの内周面に当接した、転動自在な転動部材を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記転動部材は、弾性部材によって前記ハウジングの内周面に押し付けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記集合室内に、前記支持部材の変形を防止する変形防止部材を備える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記集合室が2つ以上の部材により形成されている請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分離膜モジュール。
