Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置100の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。冷凍サイクル装置100としては、たとえばPAC(Package Air Conditioner)を挙げることができる。図1に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置100は、室外機110と、室内機120とを備える。室外機110は、圧縮機1と、四方弁2(流路切替弁)と、膨張弁4A(第1膨張弁)と、膨張弁4B(第2膨張弁)と、レシーバ5(冷媒容器)と、熱交換器6(第1熱交換器)と、室外ファン11と、制御装置10と、温度センサ13とを含む。室内機120は、熱交換器3(第2熱交換器)と、室内ファン12とを含む。
実施の形態1においては、R32、CF3I、およびR1123を含む非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。R32、CF3I、およびR1123の中で最も沸点が低いR1123は、気化し易いため、冷凍サイクル装置の運転が継続するにつれて、冷媒容器に含まれるR1123の重量比率が増加する。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置を循環する非共沸混合冷媒(循環冷媒)におけるR1123の重量比率が低下する。
Claims (11)
- 非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置であって、
圧縮機と、
第1熱交換器と、
第1膨張弁と、
第2熱交換器とを備え、
前記非共沸混合冷媒は、前記圧縮機、前記第1熱交換器、前記第1膨張弁、および前記第2熱交換器の第1循環方向に循環し、
前記非共沸混合冷媒は、R32と、CF3Iと、R1123とを含み、
前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記R32の第1重量比率は、43wt%以下であり、
前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記CF3Iの第2重量比率は、前記第1重量比率以下であり、
前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記R1123の第3重量比率は、14wt%以上である、冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記第1重量比率は、30wt%以下である、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記圧縮機の駆動周波数は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記圧縮機の駆動周波数よりも低い、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記第1熱交換器に送風する送風装置をさらに備え、
前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記送風装置の単位時間当たりの送風量は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記送風装置の単位時間当たりの送風量よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記第1膨張弁の開度は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記第1膨張弁の開度よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記第2熱交換器に第1流路を介して接続された第2膨張弁と、
前記第1流路に連通する第3膨張弁と、
前記第1膨張弁、前記第2膨張弁、および前記第3膨張弁に連通する冷媒容器とをさらに備える、
前記第3膨張弁が開放されている場合、前記冷媒容器内の気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第1流路に導かれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 制御装置をさらに備え、
前記第1膨張弁から前記冷媒容器に流入した前記非共沸混合冷媒の少なくとも一部は、前記冷媒容器内で気化し、
前記冷媒容器内の気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒の第2温度と、前記冷媒容器内の液体の前記非共沸混合冷媒の第3温度との第1の差が第1しきい値よりも大きい場合、前記制御装置は、前記第3膨張弁を開放する、請求項6に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記冷媒容器と前記第3膨張弁との間に接続されているとともに、前記第2熱交換器と前記冷媒容器との間に接続された第3熱交換器をさらに備え、
前記冷媒容器から流出した気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒と前記圧縮機に吸入される前記非共沸混合冷媒とは前記第3熱交換器において熱交換を行なう、請求項7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2温度と前記冷媒容器と前記第3膨張弁との間を流れる前記非共沸混合冷媒の第4温度との第2の差が第2しきい値より大きい場合、前記第3膨張弁の開度を増加させ、前記第2の差が前記第2しきい値よりも小さい場合、前記第3膨張弁の開度を減少させる、請求項8に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記第1の差が前記第1しきい値よりも大きい場合、前記制御装置は、前記第3膨張弁を閉止する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記非共沸混合冷媒の循環方向を、前記第1循環方向と、前記第1循環方向とは逆向きの第2循環方向との間で切り替える流路切替弁と、
前記第3膨張弁を前記第1流路または前記第1膨張弁および前記第1熱交換器を接続する第2流路に連通させる流路切替部とを備え、
前記流路切替部は、前記第1循環方向においては前記第3膨張弁と前記第1流路とを連通させ、前記第2循環方向においては前記第3膨張弁と前記第2流路とを連通させる、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
