Claims (3)
- 第1ガラス板を含み所定の反りを有する第1パネル又は第2ガラス板を含む第2パネルの上に、熱接着剤を配置する接着剤配置工程と、
前記第1パネル又は前記第2パネルの上に、ピラーを配置するピラー形成工程と、
前記第1パネルに対向させて前記第2パネルを配置し、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤と前記ピラーとを含み、かつ、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤のうちの少なくともいずれかに形成される排気口と、を有する組立品を形成する組立品形成工程と、
前記第1パネルが上側に位置し前記第2パネルが下側に位置する状態で、前記組立品を加熱して前記熱接着剤を溶融させ、前記熱接着剤により前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとを接合し、前記排気口を除いて前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤の溶融物とで囲まれた内部空間を形成する接合工程と、
前記内部空間の気体を排出して前記内部空間を減圧する減圧工程と、
減圧した状態を維持したまま、前記排気口を閉塞して、前記内部空間を封止し、密閉された減圧空間を形成する封止工程と、
を備える

前記組立品形成工程において、前記第1ガラス板の前記凸となる側の板面が前記第2パネルに対向するように配置される
