Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施形態に係る鉛蓄電池を示す分解斜視図である。図1に示されるように、鉛蓄電池1は、上面が開口している電槽2と、電槽2の開口を塞ぐ蓋3と、電極群4と、を備える。なお、鉛蓄電池1の説明において、蓋3が位置する方向を便宜上、「上」としている。
次に、正極格子体12及び負極格子体14の構成について説明する。図2は、格子体の平面図である。図2に示されるように、格子体20は、枠体21と、格子部22と、耳部23と、凸部24と、を備える。
次に、上述した鉛蓄電池1用の収容金枠60について説明する。図5は、鉛蓄電池が収容された筐体から一個の鉛蓄電池を取り外した状態を示した斜視図である。図7(a)は、保護部材を示した斜視図であり、図7(b)は、保護部材が取り付けられた鉛蓄電池を示した斜視図である。図5に示されるように、収容金枠60は、筐体61と、保護部材70(図7(a)参照)と、を備えている。筐体61は、開口部61aを有し、開口部61aが水平方向を向いた状態で鉛蓄電池1が収容される。筐体61は、SPHC(熱間圧延鋼板)及びSS400等の導電性の材料から形成されており、フレーム62と、一対の側面65,65と、上面66と、底面67と、背面68と、を有している。
図6は、鉛蓄電池が収容された筐体が積み重ねられた組電池を示した斜視図である。なお、図6に示されるように、組電池80は、横方向に六個(複数)配列された状態の筐体61が鉛直方向に四段積み重ねられている。すなわち、筐体61には、筐体61の開口部61aの方向と鉛直方向とに直交する方向に沿って配列された状態で六個の鉛蓄電池1が収容される。鉛蓄電池1は、保護部材70(図7(a)参照)が取り付けられた状態で筐体61に収容されている。更に詳細には、鉛蓄電池1は、電槽2を形成する各面のうち正極端子5、負極端子6及び制御弁7が形成された蓋3が開口部61aから露出するように配置されている。組電池80は、このような状態で収容された各鉛蓄電池1が電気的に接続されている。なお、図6では、各鉛蓄電池1を接続する接続部の図示は省略している。
Claims (11)
- 正極板及び負極板がセパレータを介して積層された電極群と、前記電極群を収容する電槽と、を有し、前記正極板及び前記負極板は、平面視において外形を形成する枠体から外側に向いて突出する凸部を有する格子体に電極材が充填されることによって形成されている鉛蓄電池を収容する鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠であって、
水平方向に開口する開口部を有すると共に前記鉛蓄電池が収容される、導電性の筐体と、
前記筐体に収容される前記鉛蓄電池の前記電槽を形成する各面のうち、前記凸部に対向する第一の面と前記筐体との間に配置されると共に、絶縁材料から形成されている第一保護部と、を備える、鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。 - 前記電槽における前記第一の面の内面には、前記凸部を支持する支持部が形成されている、請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。
- 前記第一保護部は、平板状の第一本体部と、前記第一本体部の縁部から立設する第一立設部と、を有している、請求項1又は2記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。
- 平板状の第二本体部と前記第二本体部の縁部から立設する第二立設部とを有している第二保護部を更に備え、
前記第二保護部は、前記筐体を形成する各面のうち、前記鉛蓄電池を収容したときに前記鉛蓄電池を下方から支持する底面と、前記筐体に収容される前記鉛蓄電池との間に配置されている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。 - 前記第一保護部と前記第二保護部とは一体的に形成されている、請求項4記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。
- 前記第二本体部には、吸液紙が配置されている、請求項4又は5記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。
- 公称電圧が2V以上の前記鉛蓄電池を収容する、請求項1〜6の何れか一項記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項記載の鉛蓄電池用の収容金枠と、
前記筐体の開口方向と鉛直方向とに直交する方向に沿って配列された状態で収容される複数の前記鉛蓄電池と、を備える、組電池。 - 前記電槽を形成する各面の外面には、リブが形成されている、請求項8記載の組電池。
- 前記鉛蓄電池は、前記電槽を形成する各面のうち端子が設けられる第二の面が前記開口部から露出するように配置されている、請求項8又は9記載の組電池。
- 正極板及び負極板がセパレータを介して積層された電極群と、前記電極群を収容する電槽と、を有し、前記正極板及び前記負極板は、平面視において外形を形成する枠体から外側に向いて突出する凸部を有する格子体に電極材が充填されることによって形成されている鉛蓄電池を、導電性を有する材料から形成される収容金枠に収容する際の地絡防止方法であって、
筐体に収容される前記鉛蓄電池の前記電槽を形成する各面のうち、前記凸部に対向する第一の面と前記筐体との間に、絶縁材料から形成されている保護部材を配置する、地絡防止方法。
