Abstract

前記ホッパの内部の舗装材、又は、前記スクリードの前に抱えられた舗装材の量を測定する測定部と、
運転席に設けられ、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量を表示する表示装置と、を備える、
道路機械が提供される。
まず、図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る舗装材量表示システム100(図2参照)が搭載される道路機械の概要について説明する。
次に、図1A〜図1Cに加え、図2を参照して、アスファルトフィニッシャ60に搭載される舗装材量表示システム100の構成について説明する。
次に、図3〜図5を参照し、表示装置5に表示される出力画像の詳細について説明する。
ときの右周囲領域の様子を表す画像であり、スクリード63(右後側スクリード63R)の右側端部の画像、及び、ホッパ62の右側端部の画像を含む。右周囲画像RG2は、例えば、右カメラ2Rの入力画像に対して、既知の視点変換処理を施すことにより生成され、出力画像の右側端部に配置される。

- ホッパと、
スクリードと、
前記ホッパの内部の舗装材、又は、前記スクリードの前に抱えられた舗装材の量を測定する測定部と、
運転席に設けられ、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量を表示する表示装置と、を備える、
道路機械。 - 前記表示装置は、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量を、前記ホッパの内部、又は、前記スクリードの前に隣接する路面の位置と対応付けて表示する、
請求項1に記載の道路機械。 - 前記ホッパの内部、又は、前記スクリードの前方を撮像する撮像装置を更に備え、
前記表示装置は、前記撮像装置の撮像画像と、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量とを重畳して表示する、
請求項2に記載の道路機械。 - 前記ホッパの内部、又は、前記スクリードの前方を撮像する撮像装置を更に備え、
前記表示装置は、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量をグラフで表示すると共に、該グラフに対応する位置が示された、前記撮像装置の撮像画像を表示する、
請求項2に記載の道路機械。 - 前記測定部は、前記舗装材の量に関する特徴量を測定し、
前記表示装置は、前記測定部により測定された前記特徴量を表示する、
請求項1に記載の道路機械。 - 前記表示装置は、前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量が第1の基準を下回った場合、その旨を強調して表示する、
請求項1に記載の道路機械。 - 前記表示装置は、前記測定部により測定された、前記スクリードの前に抱えられた舗装材の量が第2の基準を上回った場合、その旨を強調して表示する、
請求項1に記載の道路機械。 - 前記測定部により測定された舗装材の量が所定範囲を逸脱した場合に、運転者に報知する報知部を更に備える、
