Claims (4)
- 不織布とこの不織布の内部の空間にキセロゲルを担持した断熱体であって、
前記断熱体は表面に複数個の突部を有し、
前記断熱体の厚さをtとしたとき、前記突部の高さを0.10t以上かつ0.25t以下とし、前記突部の大きさをt以上かつ5t以下とし、
前記突部が設けられた領域の前記断熱体の内部には空孔が設けられている断熱体。 - 前記断熱体の表面積に対して、前記断熱体の前記表面にて前記突部が占める割合を、12.7%以上かつ22.7%以下とした請求項1記載の断熱体。
- 前記空孔は、前記突部が設けられた面を上にしたとき、前記断熱体の厚さ方向の10%以上かつ35%以下の範囲に設けられている請求項1記載の断熱体。
- 短繊維からなる不織布の内部空間にキセロゲルを担持させることにより断熱体を得る製造方法であって、
前記不織布にゾル液を含浸させる工程と
前記ゾル液を含浸させる工程の後、前記ゾル液をシリル化させる工程と、
前記ゾル液をシリル化させる工程の後、臨界温度未満及び臨界圧力未満で乾燥する工程と、を有し、
前記ゾル液をシリル化させる工程においてガスを発生させることにより、前記断熱体の内部に空孔を形成し、この空孔の位置の前記断熱体の表面に突部を形成する、断熱体の製造方法。
