Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態としての電動ブレーキ装置1の主要部を示すブロック図である。図2は、図1の電動ブレーキ装置の、モータ制御装置20の主要部を示すブロック図である。電動ブレーキ装置1は、車両の各車輪(図示は省略する)と共に回転するディスクDを挟持することにより、車輪毎に制動力を付与する制動装置である。この電動ブレーキ装置1は、図1に示されるように、ディスクDに押圧されるブレーキパッド2、3と、ブレーキパッド2、3を移動させるピストン4とを含むブレーキ機構10を、この電動ブレーキ装置1の制動対象となる車輪毎に備えている。ブレーキ機構10は、さらに、電動モータ11と、電動モータ11の回転を直線運動に変換してピストン4に伝達する回転−直動変換機構12とを含んでいる。
以後、期間A及び期間Bに応じた第1の蓄電装置27と第2の蓄電装置28の間の切り替えが繰り返される。
Claims (6)
- ブレーキ装置であって、該ブレーキ装置は、
第1の蓄電装置から電力供給を受けて駆動する電動モータにより制動力を発生させるブレーキ機構と、
前記第1の蓄電装置の電圧が所定値以下のときに電動モータへ電力を供給する第2の蓄電装置と、を備え、
前記第2の蓄電装置は、
前記第1の蓄電装置より高い電圧を蓄電可能であって、
所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合に、前記電動モータに電力供給することを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置において、
所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合とは、緊急ブレーキ時であることを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 電動ブレーキ装置であって、該電動ブレーキ装置は、
第1の蓄電装置から電力供給を受けて駆動する電動モータにより、ディスクに押圧されるブレーキパッドを移動させるピストンに推力を伝達するブレーキ機構と、
前記第1の蓄電装置の電圧が所定値以下のときに電動モータへ電力を供給する第2の蓄電装置と、を備え、
前記第2の蓄電装置は、
前記第1の蓄電装置より高い電圧を蓄電可能であって、
所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合に、前記電動モータに電力供給することを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電動ブレーキ装置において、
所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合とは、緊急ブレーキ時であることを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電動ブレーキ装置において、
所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合とは、前記ピストンが前記ディスクから最も離れた位置から前記ディスク側に推進されるときであることを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。 - 第1の蓄電装置と前記第1の蓄電装置より高い電圧を蓄電可能な第2の蓄電装置とを切り替えて、電動モータへ電力供給を行うモータ制御装置であって、
前記モータ制御装置は、所定の回転数より高い回転数での駆動が前記電動モータに要求される場合に、前記第2の蓄電装置から前記電動モータへ電力供給することを特徴とするモータ制御装置。
