- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に旋回自在に搭載された上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体に設けられる物体検知装置と、
前記上部旋回体に設けられる制御装置と、
アクチュエータによって動かされる被駆動体と、を備え、
前記物体検知装置は、ショベルの周囲に設定された検知空間で物体を検知するように構成され、且つ、
前記制御装置は、前記物体検知装置が検知した物体の状態に基づき、前記被駆動体が進入可能な範囲である可動範囲を変化させる、
ショベル。 - 前記物体検知装置が検知した物体の状態に関する情報は、該物体の位置の推移に関する情報、及び、該物体の姿勢の推移に関する情報を含む、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、過去の所定期間にわたる前記物体検知装置の出力に基づき、前記検知空間の内側で且つ前記検知空間に含まれる作業空間の外側に存在する物体が、該作業空間に進入するおそれがあるか否かを判断するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記物体検知装置、及び、前記検知空間における物体との通信を制御する通信装置の少なくとも1つを介して前記検知空間における物体の状態に関する情報を取得するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に旋回自在に搭載された上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体に設けられる物体検知装置と、
前記上部旋回体に設けられる制御装置と、
アクチュエータによって動かされる被駆動体と、を備え、
前記物体検知装置は、ショベルの周囲に設定された検知空間で物体を検知するように構成され、且つ、
前記制御装置は、前記検知空間における物体の状態に基づき、前記被駆動体が進入可能な範囲である可動範囲を可変的に設定し、該可動範囲における前記被駆動体の動きを許容するように構成されている、
ショベル。 - 前記検知空間における物体の状態は、該物体の現在の状態又は将来の状態である、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記検知空間における物体が前記ショベルに近づいているとき或いは近づくことが予測されたときに、前記可動範囲が小さくなるように前記可動範囲を可変的に設定し、且つ、前記検知空間における物体が前記ショベルから遠ざかっているとき或いは遠ざかることが予測されたときに、前記可動範囲が大きくなるように前記可動範囲を可変的に設定するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記検知空間の内側で且つ前記検知空間に含まれる作業空間の外側に存在する物体の動きを監視し、該物体が該作業空間に進入するおそれがある場合に、前記被駆動体を制動させるように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記検知空間の内側で且つ前記検知空間に含まれる作業空間の外側に存在する物体の動きを監視し、該物体が該作業空間に進入するおそれがある場合に、該物体の状態に基づいて前記可動範囲を可変的に設定し、該可動範囲における前記被駆動体の動きを許容するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 前記被駆動体は、前記上部旋回体、前記下部走行体、旋回機構、ブーム、アーム及びバケットの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、通信装置を介して前記検知空間における物体の作業内容に関する情報を受信するように構成されている、
