Abstract
Description
前記ライナ構成部材として、開口端の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出した底部と、該底部から閉塞端側に指向して折曲した側部とを有し、且つ前記底部と前記側部で環状凹部が画成されたフランジ部を有するものを用い、
2個の前記ライナ構成部材の前記開口端の端面同士を当接させる当接工程と、
前記開口端の端面同士を溶着にて接合し、接合部を得る接合工程と、
前記フランジ部の前記底部及び前記側部を、前記底部の一部が残留するように切断する切断工程と、
を有し、
前記フランジ部を、前記接合部の接合強度が前記樹脂材の引っ張り強度以上となる突出量で残留させる高圧タンク用ライナの製造方法が提供される。
前記接合部の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出したフランジ部をさらに有し、
前記接合部の接合強度が、前記樹脂材の引っ張り強度以上である高圧タンク用ライナが提供される。
接合部の肉厚≧(樹脂材の引っ張り強度/接合部の破断応力)×ライナ構成部材の肉厚 …(1)
前記ライナ構成部材として、開口端の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出した底部と、該底部から閉塞端側に指向して折曲した側部とを有し、且つ前記底部と前記側部で環状凹部が画成されたフランジ部を有するものを用い、
2個の前記ライナ構成部材の前記開口端の端面同士を当接させる当接工程と、
前記開口端の端面同士を溶着にて接合し、接合部を得る接合工程と、
前記フランジ部の前記底部及び前記側部を、前記底部の一部が残留するように切断する切断工程と、
を有し、
前記フランジ部を、前記接合部の接合強度が該接合部の凝集破壊強度以上となる突出量で残留させる高圧タンク用ライナの製造方法が提供される。
前記接合部の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出したフランジ部をさらに有し、
前記接合部の接合強度が、該接合部の凝集破壊強度以上である高圧タンク用ライナが提供される。

Claims (12)
- 樹脂材からなる2個のライナ構成部材(12、14)を接合することで高圧タンク用ライナ(10)を得る高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法であって、
前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)として、開口端(16)の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出した底部(22)と、該底部(22)から閉塞端(18)側に指向して折曲した側部(24)とを有し、且つ前記底部(22)と前記側部(24)で環状凹部(26)が画成されたフランジ部(20)を有するものを用い、
2個の前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)の前記開口端(16)の端面同士を当接させる当接工程と、
前記開口端(16)の端面同士を溶着にて接合し、接合部(46)を得る接合工程と、
前記フランジ部(20)の前記底部(22)及び前記側部(24)を、前記底部(22)の一部が残留するように切断する切断工程と、
を有し、
前記フランジ部(20)を、前記接合部(46)の接合強度が前記樹脂材の引っ張り強度以上となる突出量で残留させることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法において、前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)の肉厚(T1)と、残留した前記フランジ部(20)の突出量(L2)との合計を前記接合部(46)の肉厚とするとき、前記接合部(46)の肉厚が下記の条件式(1)を満足するように、残留する前記フランジ部(20)の突出量(L2)を設定することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
接合部(46)の肉厚≧(樹脂材の引っ張り強度/接合部(46)の破断応力)×ライナ構成部材(12、14)の肉厚(T1) …(1) - 請求項1又は2記載の製造方法において、前記溶着を、振動溶着、赤外線加熱溶着又は熱板溶着で行うことを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記フランジ部(20)を、補強層を形成する際のワインディング時に許容される段差以下の突出量(L2)で残留させることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、残留した前記フランジ部(20)の隅部にR部(50)又はC部を形成することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)として、前記側部(24)の前記環状凹部(26)に臨む内面に、前記環状凹部(26)から離間する方向に傾斜した勾配(32)が形成されたものを用いることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)として、前記側部(24)に、該側部(24)の一部を切り欠いた切欠部(34)が形成されたものを用いることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。
- 樹脂材からなる2個のライナ構成部材(12、14)の開口端(16)同士が接合されることで形成された接合部(46)を有する高圧タンク用ライナ(10)であって、
前記接合部(46)の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出したフランジ部(20)をさらに有し、
前記接合部(46)の接合強度が、前記樹脂材の引っ張り強度以上であることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)。 - 請求項8記載の高圧タンク用ライナ(10)において、前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)の肉厚(T1)と、前記フランジ部(20)の突出量(L2)との合計を前記接合部(46)の肉厚とするとき、前記接合部(46)の肉厚が下記の条件式(1)を満足することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)。
接合部(46)の肉厚≧(樹脂材の引っ張り強度/接合部(46)の破断応力)×ライナ構成部材(12、14)の肉厚(T1) …(1) - 請求項8又は9記載の高圧タンク用ライナ(10)において、前記フランジ部(20)の隅部にR部(50)又はC部が形成されていることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)。
- 樹脂材からなる2個のライナ構成部材(12、14)を接合することで高圧タンク用ライナ(10)を得る高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法であって、
前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)として、開口端(16)の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出した底部(22)と、該底部(22)から閉塞端(18)側に指向して折曲した側部(24)とを有し、且つ前記底部(22)と前記側部(24)で環状凹部(26)が画成されたフランジ部(20)を有するものを用い、
2個の前記ライナ構成部材(12、14)の前記開口端(16)の端面同士を当接させる当接工程と、
前記開口端(16)の端面同士を溶着にて接合し、接合部(46)を得る接合工程と、
前記フランジ部(20)の前記底部(22)及び前記側部(24)を、前記底部(22)の一部が残留するように切断する切断工程と、
を有し、
前記フランジ部(20)を、前記接合部(46)の接合強度が該接合部(46)の凝集破壊強度以上となる突出量(L2)で残留させることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)の製造方法。 - 樹脂材からなる2個のライナ構成部材(12、14)の開口端(16)同士が接合されることで形成された接合部(46)を有する高圧タンク用ライナ(10)であって、
前記接合部(46)の近傍に、直径方向外方に突出したフランジ部(20)をさらに有し、
前記接合部(46)の接合強度が、該接合部(46)の凝集破壊強度以上であることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナ(10)。
