Claims (15)
- 主表面から深さ方向に連続して20MPa以上の圧縮応力を有する圧縮応力層と、前記圧縮応力層より板厚方向の内部側に設けられ深さ方向に連続して20MPa以上の引張応力を有する引張応力層を備えた強化ガラス板であって、
前記圧縮応力層と前記引張応力層との間に応力中立層を備え、
前記応力中立層は、
板厚方向に連続して20MPa未満の圧縮応力および/または20MPa未満の引張応力を有し、
且つ板厚の5.3%以上の厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする、化学強化ガラス。 - 前記応力中立層は、前記圧縮応力層の最大圧縮応力値の0.01倍以下の圧縮応力および/または前記引張応力層の最大引張応力値の0.1倍以下の引張応力を連続して有し、且つ板厚の2.5%以上の厚さを有する中立コア層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 前記応力中立層の厚みは、板厚の25%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 前記応力中立層は、板厚の8%以浅の位置から板厚中央方向へ延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 前記引張応力層は、主表面を基準に板厚の19%以深の位置から板厚の中央部を含む領域に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 厚みが1.0mm以下であり、
前記圧縮応力層における最大圧縮応力が600MPa以上であり、
前記引張応力層における最大引張応力が20〜72MPaである、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れかに1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。 - 前記応力中立層は、0〜20MPaの圧縮応力を板厚Tの3%以上の厚さにわたり連続して有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 前記応力中立層は、
圧縮応力を有する低圧縮応力層と、
引張応力を有する低引張応力層と、を含み、
前記低圧縮応力層と前記低引張応力層とが交互に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。 - 前記圧縮応力層における深さ方向の応力変化を最小二乗法を用いて直線近似した場合の単位深さ当たりの圧縮応力変化量をA1(MPa/μm)とし、
前記応力中立層における深さ方向の応力変化を最小二乗法を用いて直線近似した場合の単位深さ当たりの圧縮応力変化量をA2(MPa/μm)とすると、
A1/A2>210を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。 - 前記圧縮応力層と前記引張応力層との間で応力がゼロとなる深さ方向の位置をDOL_zeroとし、DOL_zeroの位置からDOL_zero+ 15(μm)の深さまでの引張応力変化を最小二乗法を用いて直線近似した場合の単位深さ当たりの応力変化量をBとした場合、
B≧−0.90を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。 - 表裏の主表面の各々の側に、前記圧縮応力層および前記応力中立層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 5〜30%、Na2O 5〜25%、Li2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜30%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、P2O5 0.01〜10%、SnO2 0.01〜3%をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 組成としてアルカリ金属を含む強化用ガラスを第1溶融塩に浸漬して第1イオン交換処理を施した後、第2溶融塩に浸漬して第2イオン交換処理を施して化学強化ガラスを得る化学強化ガラスの製造方法であって、
前記第1溶融塩は、前記第1イオン交換処理でガラスから離脱される離脱イオンを18500ppm以上含む溶融塩であり、
前記第2溶融塩中の前記離脱イオンの濃度は、前記第1溶融塩の離脱イオン濃度未満であり、
第1イオン交換処理の処理時間は、第2イオン交換処理の処理時間の3倍以上であることを特徴とする、化学強化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記離脱イオンは、ナトリウムイオンであり、
前記第2溶融塩中の前記離脱イオンの濃度は、1000ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の化学強化ガラスの製造方法。
