Claims (9)
- 入力端と出力端とを結ぶ直列腕に配置された少なくとも1つの直列腕共振子と、
前記直列腕とグラウンド電位とを結ぶ少なくとも1つの並列腕に配置された並列腕共振子とを備え、
前記直列腕共振子及び前記並列腕共振子が、圧電基板と、前記圧電基板上に設けられたIDT電極とを有する弾性波共振子からなり、少なくとも1つの前記直列腕共振子の前記IDT電極が、交差幅重み付けが施されたアポタイズ型IDT電極であり、前記並列腕共振子の前記IDT電極は、複数本の第1の電極指と複数本の第2の電極指とが弾性波伝搬方向において重なり合っている交差部において、該交差部が、中央領域と、弾性波伝搬方向と直交する方向において前記中央領域の両外側に設けられた低音速領域とを有し、前記低音速領域における弾性波の音速が、前記中央領域における弾性波の音速よりも低くされており、弾性波伝搬方向と直交する方向において前記各低音速領域の外側に、前記低音速領域よりも弾性波の音速が高い高音速領域が設けられている、弾性波フィルタ装置。 - 全ての前記直列腕共振子が、前記アポタイズ型IDT電極を有する、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。
- 前記アポタイズ型IDT電極を有する前記直列腕共振子が、
第1,第2のバスバーと、
前記第1のバスバーの内側端縁に一端が接続された複数本の第1の電極指と、
前記第2のバスバーの内側端縁に一端が接続された複数本の第2の電極指と、
前記第2のバスバーに一端が接続されており、先端が、前記複数本の第1の電極指の先端とそれぞれ対向している複数本の第1のダミー電極指と、
前記第1のバスバーに一端が接続されており、先端が、前記複数本の第2の電極指の先端とそれぞれ対向している複数本の第2のダミー電極指とを有し、
前記第1,第2のバスバーの前記第1,第2の電極指がそれぞれ接続されている前記各内側端縁が、弾性波伝搬方向と非平行な部分を有する、請求項1または2に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。 - ラブ波を利用している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。
- 前記圧電基板がLiNbO3からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。
- ラダー型フィルタである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。
- 前記直列腕に配置された縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタをさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置と、帯域通過型フィルタからなり、前記弾性波フィルタ装置と一端が共通接続されている第2の弾性波フィルタ装置とを備える、マルチプレクサ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波フィルタ装置と、前記弾性波フィルタ装置と一端が共通接続されている複数のフィルタとを備える、複合フィルタ装置。
