Abstract
Description
円周600mm、面長1100mmのアルミ製中空ロールを、銅メッキ処理装置に装着し、中空ロールを銅メッキ槽のメッキ液に全没させて20A/dm2、6.0Vで40μmの銅メッキ層を形成した。メッキ表面はブツやピットの発生がなく、基材となる均一な銅メッキ層を得た。この銅メッキ層の表面を、図1〜図3に示した本発明のロール研磨用回転砥石を取付けた2ヘッド型研磨機(株式会社シンク・ラボラトリー製研磨機)を用いて、ロール表面を研磨して当該銅メッキ層の表面を均一な研磨面とした。
実施例1と同様にして、円周600mm、面長1100mmのアルミ製中空ロールを、銅メッキ処理装置に装着し、中空ロールを銅メッキ槽のメッキ液に全没させて20A/dm2、6.0Vで40μmの銅メッキ層を形成した。メッキ表面はブツやピットの発生がなく、基材となる均一な銅メッキ層を得た。この銅メッキ層の表面を、図6に示した従来のロール研磨用回転砥石を取付けた2ヘッド型研磨機(株式会社シンク・ラボラトリー製研磨機)を用いて、ロール表面を研磨して当該銅メッキ層の表面を均一な研磨面とした。
Claims (4)
- 裏端面に回転軸が取付けられ、表端面に研磨面が形成された回転砥石本体と、
前記回転砥石本体の表端面の中心に設けられた凹部と、を有し、
ロールの表面に前記研磨面を当接せしめて前記ロールの表面にバーティカル研磨を行うためのロール研磨用回転砥石であり、
前記凹部が、前記凹部の内周面が前記回転砥石本体の前記裏端面から前記表端面に向かって拡径せしめられているテーパ状凹部とされてなる、ロール研磨用回転砥石。 - 前記ロールが、グラビア製版用ロールである、請求項1記載のロール研磨用回転砥石。
- 請求項1又は2記載のロール研磨用回転砥石を備えるロール研磨装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のロール研磨用回転砥石を用いたロール研磨方法。
