Claims (8)
- 正負の電極を両端に設けてなる複数の円筒型電池と、
前記電極に接続されて前記円筒型電池を接続してなるリード板とを備える電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池は、底面電極と排気弁とを設けてなる底プレートの電池缶を備え、
前記底プレートは、閾値圧力で薄肉ラインを破断して開弁する排気弁を備え、
前記排気弁は、前記底プレートに設けてなる非連結部のあるループ状の前記薄肉ラインの内側に設けられて、前記非連結部をヒンジ部としており、
さらに、前記底プレートは、前記ヒンジ部に前記リード板を接続する前記底面電極を配置しており、
前記リード板は、前記薄肉ラインを含む領域との対向位置に切欠部を設けてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1に記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記リード板が、先端部を前記底面電極に接続して根元部を前記前記排気弁のヒンジ部との対向位置に配置する弾性アームを有し、前記弾性アームの根元部の横幅を排気弁のヒンジ部の横幅よりも狭くしてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項2に記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記弾性アームが、前記薄肉ラインの内側に沿って延びるループ状としてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記リード板が前記底面電極に超音波溶着されてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記排気弁の内面に、前記電池缶に収納してなる電極板に接続してなる内部タブが溶着され、
前記内部タブが、前記排気弁の開弁状態で破断される前記底プレートよりも薄い金属板であることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記底面電極に接続してなるリード板が、厚さを100μm以上であって500μm以下とする金属板で、この金属板が、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル、鉄、これ等の金属の合金の何れかからなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項6に記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板よりも厚い集電板を備えることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池が非水系二次電池である電池ブロック。
