Claims (15)
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;および
ヘッドと少なくとも一つの排気口とを有するキャッププレートおよび2つ以上の切欠と支持部とを有するベント部材を含むキャップ組立体;を含み、
前記ベント部材は、前記2つ以上の切欠で破断されて前記支持部に隣接した2つ以上のラインに沿って折り曲げられ、該ラインに沿って折り曲げられる時、前記ベント部材には少なくとも一つのフラップが形成される構成とされ、
前記キャップ組立体の前記切欠は前記折曲ラインよりも外側に位置し、かつ前記排気口がキャッププレートの中心から離隔して円周方向に配置されるとともに、前記支持部は前記各切欠における両端を連結する折曲ラインの間で定義され、
前記少なくとも一つのフラップは、前記キャッププレートの前記ヘッドの縁部でありかつ前記排気口の周縁部と接触するエッジを含む、2次電池。 - 前記支持部の少なくとも一部分は、前記キャッププレートの前記ヘッドの下に位置する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフラップにおいて、少なくとも一つの前記ラインと少なくとも一つの前記切欠との間の長さは、少なくとも一つの前記ラインと前記キャッププレートの前記ヘッドの縁部との間の距離と同一である、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 少なくとも一つの前記ラインと少なくとも一つの前記切欠との間の長さは、前記ベント部材と前記キャッププレートの前記ヘッドとの間の高さと同一であるか、あるいはそれよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフラップは、前記ベント部材に対して30°〜90°の角度で折り曲げられるように形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記2つ以上の切欠は、前記ベント部材の円周方向に沿って曲線で形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記支持部は、前記2つ以上の切欠の間で前記ベント部材の中央部に配置される延長部で形成される、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記切欠は、3つ以上で形成されて前記ベント部材の円周方向に沿って曲線で形成され、
前記支持部は、3つ以上の前記切欠の間で前記ベント部材の中央部に配置される、請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 3つ以上の前記切欠と前記支持部との間のそれぞれの距離は同一である、請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記2つ以上のラインは、前記キャッププレートの前記ヘッドの縁部の長さと同一であるか、あるいはそれよりも小さい長さを有する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ベント部材は、前記少なくとも一つの排気口を通じて前記電極組立体からガスを放出するように形成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、正極および負極を含み、
前記正極および前記負極のうちのいずれか一つは、前記ベント部材と電気的に連結され、前記正極および前記負極のうちの他の一つは、前記ケースの底と電気的に連結される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。 - 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;および
複数の切欠を有する下部プレートを含むキャップ組立体;を含み、
前記下部プレートは、前記切欠で破断されて前記切欠の間の中心部に位置するラインに沿って折り曲げられ、
前記切欠で破断されかつ前記折曲ラインに沿って折り曲げられるフラップは、前記キャップ組立体の上部に位置するヘッドの縁部であり、かつ該ヘッドと間に形成される排気口の周縁部と接触するエッジを含む、2次電池。 - 前記切欠は、前記下部プレートの円周方向に沿って曲線で形成される、請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記下部プレートは複数の前記フラップを形成し、前記フラップは、隣接するフラップが折り曲げられる角度を制限する、請求項13又は14に記載の2次電池。
