Claims (15)
- 二次電池用センターピンにおいて、
長手方向に溝が形成され、前記二次電池の内部体積が0.739〜0.853mLであって:
前記二次電池用センターピンは、前記溝の所定領域を密閉させるために前記溝の内側に位置する密閉部材を含み、
前記二次電池の内部体積は、前記センターピンの内部空間及び前記溝における密閉された前記所定領域を含まない体積であり、
前記所定領域は、前記溝の総体積の30〜90%であり、前記所定領域を除いた前記溝の体積は、0.019〜0.140mLであることを特徴とする、二次電池用センターピン。 - 前記密閉部材は、高分子樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用センターピン。
- 正極板、陰極板、および前記正極板と前記陰極板との間に位置するセパレータを含む電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体の内側に位置し、長手方向に溝が形成されるセンターピンと;
前記溝の内側に位置し、前記溝の所定領域を密閉させる密閉部材と;
前記電極組立体、センターピンおよび密閉部材を収容する缶と;
前記缶を密閉させるためのキャップ組立体と;
を含み、
前記所定領域は、前記溝の総体積の30〜90%であり、前記所定領域を除いた前記溝の体積は、0.019〜0.140mLであり、前記二次電池の内部体積は、0.739〜0.853mLであり、
前記二次電池の内部体積は、前記センターピンの内部空間及び前記溝における密閉された前記所定領域を含まない体積であることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記密閉部材は、高分子樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートのうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、セラミックス物質を備える多孔性膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミックス物質は、シリカ(SiO2)、アルミナ(Al2O3)、ジルコニウム酸化物(ZrO2)、チタン酸化物(TiO2)とこれらの絶縁性窒化物、水酸化物、アルコキシ化物およびケトン化物からなるグループから選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、ポリオルレピン系樹脂膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 二次電池用センターピンにおいて、
前記二次電池の内部体積が0.739〜0.853mLであって:
前記二次電池用センターピンは、
長手方向の溝が形成された第1センターピンと;
前記第1センターピンの溝内側に位置し、所定体積を有する第2センターピンと;
を含み、
前記二次電池の内部体積は、前記第1センターピンの内部空間及び前記第2センターピンにおける前記所定体積を含まない体積であり、
前記所定体積は、前記溝の総体積の30〜90%であり、前記所定体積を除いた前記第1センターピンの溝の体積は、0.019〜0.140mLであることを特徴とする、二次電池用センターピン。 - 正極板、陰極板および前記正極板と前記陰極板との間に位置するセパレータを含む電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体の内側に位置し、長手方向の溝が形成された第3センターピンと;
前記溝の内側に位置し、所定体積を有する第4センターピンと;
前記電極組立体、第3センターピン、および第4センターピンを収容する缶と;
前記缶を密閉させるためのキャップ組立体と;
を含み、
前記第4センターピンの所定体積は、前記第3センターピンの溝の総体積の30〜90%であり、前記所定体積を除いた前記第3センターピンの溝の体積は、0.019〜0.140mLであり、前記二次電池の内部体積は、0.739〜0.853mLであり、
前記二次電池の内部体積は、前記第3センターピンの内部空間及び前記第4センターピンにおける前記所定体積を含まない体積であることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記第4センターピンは、高分子樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートのうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、セラミックス物質を備える多孔性膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミックス物質は、シリカ(SiO2)、アルミナ(Al2O3)、ジルコニウム酸化物(ZrO2)、チタン酸化物(TiO2)とこれらの絶縁性窒化物、水酸化物、アルコキシ化物およびケトン化物からなるグループから選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、ポリオルレピン系樹脂膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
