- 電池のケースであって、
電気キャビティであって、複数の電池セル及びバス部材を収容することに用いられ、前記バス部材は前記複数の電池セルの電気的接続を実現することに用いられ、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1つの電池セルはリリーフ機構を備え、前記リリーフ機構は、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値になった場合に作動して前記内部圧力を解放することに用いられる電気キャビティと、
流体を収容して前記複数の電池セルの温度を調整するための熱管理部材と、
前記リリーフ機構が作動する場合に前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルからの排出物を収集するための収集キャビティと、

- 前記熱管理部材は、前記電気キャビティ及び前記収集キャビティによって共有された壁を有する請求項1又は2に記載のケース。
- 前記ケースは、
前記熱管理部材を保護することに用いられ、前記熱管理部材とともに前記収集キャビティを形成する保護部材をさらに備える請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のケース。 - 前記熱管理部材に脆弱領域が設置され、前記脆弱領域は、前記リリーフ機構が作動する
場合に破壊されて、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルからの排出物を前記脆弱
領域に通過させて前記収集キャビティに入らせることを可能にするように構成される請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のケース。 - 前記凹溝の底壁は前記脆弱領域を形成する請求項5に記載のケース。
- 前記第1領域に第1貫通孔が設置され、前記第1貫通孔の半径方向サイズは前記凹溝の半径方向サイズ未満である請求項1に記載のケース。
- 前記凹溝の側面は、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルからの排出物によって破壊されて、前記流体を前記熱管理部材の内部から排出させることを可能にする請求項6又は7に記載のケース。
- 前記凹溝の深さは1mmよりも大きい請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載のケース。
- 前記熱管理部材に第2貫通孔が設置され、前記第2貫通孔は、前記リリーフ機構が作動する場合に前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルからの排出物が前記第2貫通孔を通過して前記収集キャビティに入ることができるように構成される請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のケース。
- 前記第2貫通孔の孔壁は、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルからの排出物によって破壊されて、前記流体を前記熱管理部材の内部から排出させることを可能にする請求項10に記載のケース。
- 前記リリーフ機構は前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルの第1壁に設置され、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた前記電池セルの第2壁に電極端子が設置され、前記第2壁は前記第1壁とは異なり、
前記第2壁は前記第1壁に対向して設置される請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のケース。 - 電池であって、
複数の電池セルであって、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1つの電池セルはリリーフ機構を備え、前記リリーフ機構は、前記リリーフ機構が設けられた電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値になった場合に作動して前記内部圧力を解放することに用いられる複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの電気的接続を実現するためのバス部材と、
請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のケースと、
を備える電池。 - 請求項13に記載の電池を備える電力消費装置。
