Description
Claims (7)
- 正負の電極を両端部に設けてなる複数の円筒型電池と、
前記電極に接続されて前記円筒型電池を接続してなるリード板と、を備える電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池は、排気弁と底面電極を設けてなる底プレートの電池缶を備え、
前記底プレートは、閾値圧力で破断するリング状の薄肉ラインの内側を1組の前記排気弁として、前記薄肉ラインの外側に前記底面電極を配置しており、
前記底面電極に前記リード板が接続されると共に、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板が、前記排気弁との対向位置に、前記底プレートから分離された前記排気弁が通過できる内形の貫通穴を設けてなり、
前記底面電極に接続してなるリード板が、一端をリード板の本体部に連結してなる弾性アームを介して前記底面電極に連結され、
前記弾性アームは、前記貫通穴の内側縁に沿って伸びる細長いアーチ状としてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1に記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記リード板が、前記貫通穴の両側に配置してなる一対の弾性アームを有し、
一対の弾性アームは、前記リード板の本体部との連結端の反対側の端部が互いに連結されて連結部としており、前記連結部が前記底面電極に接続されてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記電池缶が、円筒部と、前記底プレートの外周縁を絶縁チューブで被覆しており、
前記底面電極が、前記絶縁チューブと前記薄肉ラインとの間に配置されてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 正負の電極を両端部に設けてなる複数の円筒型電池と、
前記電極に接続されて前記円筒型電池を接続してなるリード板と、を備える電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池は、排気弁と底面電極を設けてなる底プレートの電池缶を備え、
前記底プレートは、閾値圧力で破断するリング状の薄肉ラインの内側を1組の前記排気弁として、前記薄肉ラインの外側に前記底面電極を配置しており、
前記底面電極に前記リード板が接続されると共に、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板が、前記排気弁との対向位置に、前記底プレートから分離された前記排気弁が通過できる内形の貫通穴を設けてなり、
前記電池缶が、円筒部と、前記底プレートの外周縁を絶縁チューブで被覆しており、
前記底面電極が、前記絶縁チューブと前記薄肉ラインとの間に配置されてなることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 正負の電極を両端部に設けてなる複数の円筒型電池と、
前記電極に接続されて前記円筒型電池を接続してなるリード板と、を備える電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池は、排気弁と底面電極を設けてなる底プレートの電池缶を備え、
前記底プレートは、閾値圧力で破断するリング状の薄肉ラインの内側を1組の前記排気弁として、前記薄肉ラインの外側に前記底面電極を配置しており、
前記底面電極に前記リード板が接続されると共に、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板が、前記排気弁との対向位置に、前記底プレートから分離された前記排気弁が通過できる内形の貫通穴を設けてなり、
前記排気弁の内面に、前記電池缶に収納してなる電極板に接続してなる内部タブが溶着され、
前記内部タブが、前記排気弁の開弁状態で破断される前記底プレートよりも薄い金属板であることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 正負の電極を両端部に設けてなる複数の円筒型電池と、
前記電極に接続されて前記円筒型電池を接続してなるリード板と、を備える電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池は、排気弁と底面電極を設けてなる底プレートの電池缶を備え、
前記底プレートは、閾値圧力で破断するリング状の薄肉ラインの内側を1組の前記排気弁として、前記薄肉ラインの外側に前記底面電極を配置しており、
前記底面電極に前記リード板が接続されると共に、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板が、前記排気弁との対向位置に、前記底プレートから分離された前記排気弁が通過できる内形の貫通穴を設けてなり、
前記底面電極に接続してなるリード板が、厚さを100μm以上であって500μm以下とする金属板で、この金属板が、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル、鉄、これ等の金属の合金の何れかからなり、
前記底面電極に接続してなる前記リード板よりも厚い集電板を備えることを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載される電池ブロックであって、
前記円筒型電池が非水系二次電池である電池ブロック。
