Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。
第1の実施形態では、電極32が支持部材31に対して揺動可能であるが(すなわち、第1の把持片15がいわゆるシーソージョー又はワイパージョーと称されるものであるが)、これに限るものではない。図5乃至図7に示す第1の変形例では、電極32が支持部材31に対して固定され、パッド部材(33)が設けられない。本変形例でも、支持部材31は、凹面43を備え、凹面43によって形成される凹み(空洞)45に電極32が挿入される。ただし、本変形例では、電極背面46は背壁55の凹底面63に固定され、電極背面46は凹底面63に当接する。同様に、電極基端縁48は、基端壁56の凹基端面62に当接する。このため、電極基端縁48と凹基端面62との間に隙間(73)は形成されない。そして、本変形例では、第1の電極側面51は、第1の側壁57の第1の凹側面65に当接し、第2の電極側面52は、第2の側壁58の第2の凹側面66に当接する。したがって、第1の電極側面51と第1の凹側面65との間に隙間(75)は形成されず、第2の電極側面52と第2の凹側面66との間に隙間(76)は形成されない。
Claims (8)
- 基端及び先端を有し、先端部に向かって内部にルーメンが形成される第1の把持片と、
前記第1の把持片との間が開閉可能な第2の把持片と、
前記第1の把持片の基端部から前記先端部まで前記第2の把持片に対向して延設される電極面を備え、前記第1の把持片において前記ルーメンに対して前記第1の把持片が閉じる側に設けられる電極と、
前記第1の把持片において前記電極の先端側に前記電極面の先端縁に対向して設けられ、前記電極面の前記先端縁との間に前記ルーメンと連通する隙間を形成するとともに、前記電極面の前記先端縁との間で前記隙間を前記第1の把持片が閉じる側に向かって開口させる先端壁と、
を具備する、高周波処置具。 - 前記第1の把持片には、前記ルーメンに連通するポートが形成され、
前記第1の把持片では、前記ポートから前記ルーメンに流入した液体が、前記先端壁と前記電極の前記先端縁との間の前記隙間から前記第1の把持片が閉じる側に向かって流出する、
請求項1の高周波処置具。 - 前記第1の把持片は、前記第1の把持片が開く側へ向かって凹むとともに、前記電極が挿入される凹みを形成する凹面を備え、
前記先端壁は、前記凹面の先端を形成し、
前記ルーメンに流入した前記液体は、前記先端壁と前記電極の前記先端縁との間の前記隙間を含む前記電極面の外縁と前記凹面との間を通してのみ、前記第1の把持片が閉じる側へ向かって流出する、
請求項2の高周波処置具。 - 前記電極面の前記先端縁と前記先端壁との間の距離は、前記電極面の前記外縁において前記先端縁以外の部位と前記凹面との間のいずれの距離よりも、大きい、請求項3の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1の把持片に接続され、駆動されることにより、前記第1の把持片を前記第2の把持片に対して開く又は閉じる可動部材をさらに具備する、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1の把持片は、前記先端壁が形成されるとともに、前記電極を揺動可能に支持する支持部材を備える、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 超音波振動を発生し、発生した前記超音波振動を前記第2の把持片に伝達することにより、前記第2の把持片を振動させる超音波トランスデューサをさらに具備する、請求項1の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1の把持片及び前記第2の把持片の少なくとも一方は、熱を発生する発熱体を備える、請求項1の高周波処置具。
