Description
また、本開示の一局面の排気熱回収装置において、複数の熱交換器のうちの少なくとも主流路から排気ガスが直に供給される熱交換器は、液体流路において冷却液が排出される排出部と、排出部よりも主流路側に配置され、液体流路において冷却液が供給される供給部と、を備えてもよい。
[1.第1実施形態]
[1−1.排気熱回収装置の概要]
図1に示す排気熱回収装置1は、例えば乗用車等の内燃機関を有する移動体に搭載される。この排気熱回収装置1は、高温流体である内燃機関からの排気ガス等の排気142が有する熱を、排気142よりも低温の低温流体である内燃機関の冷却液144に伝達させることにより、排気142から熱を回収する。本実施形態における冷却液144は、冷却水であってもよいし、油液であってもよい。
排気管12は、内燃機関からの排気142を下流側へと導く流路を形成する。また、排気管12は、断面積が周囲よりも広く構成された拡幅部14を備える。この拡幅部14において熱交換部30が配置される。
拡幅部14においては、流入部8および流出部9が隣接して配置される。
排気管12は、例えば、両端が開口した円筒状に形成されている。排気管12は、内燃機関からの排気142が流入するエキゾーストパイプやエキゾーストマニホールドなどに接続されている。排気管12の断面形状は矩形等任意の形状を採りうる。
連通部75は、複数の熱交換器30A,30Bの主流路91とは反対側において複数の熱交換器30A,30Bを連通する空間を有し、副流路92の一部を構成する。なお、連通とは、複数の空間が連なった状態であることを示す。本実施形態では、熱交換器30A,30Bが有する排気142を通過させるための空間同士を繋げた状態を示す。
以上詳述した第1実施形態によれば、以下の効果が得られる。
(1a)上記の排気熱回収装置1においては、主流路91と、副流路92と、複数の熱交換器30A,30Bと、連通部75と、を備える。主流路91には排気ガスが流通する。副流路92は主流路91から分岐された流路であり、副流路92には排気ガスの少なくとも一部が流通する。
(1c)上記の排気熱回収装置1において、複数の熱交換器30A,30Bのうちの少なくとも主流路91から排気ガスが直に供給される熱交換器30Aは、液体流路33において冷却液が排出される流出管46と、流出管46よりも主流路91側に配置され、液体流路32において冷却液が供給される流入管44と、を備える。
以上、本開示を実施するための形態について説明したが、本開示は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、種々変形して実施することができる。
(2c)上記実施形態における1つの構成要素が有する機能を複数の構成要素として分散させたり、複数の構成要素が有する機能を1つの構成要素に統合させたりしてもよい。また、上記実施形態の構成の一部を省略してもよい。また、上記実施形態の構成の少なくとも一部を、他の上記実施形態の構成に対して付加または置換してもよい。なお、特許請求の範囲に記載した文言のみによって特定される技術思想に含まれるあらゆる態様が本開示の実施形態である。
[3.本実施形態の構成と本開示の構成と対応関係]
上記実施形態における流入管44は本開示でいう供給部の一例に相当し、上記実施形態における流出管46は本開示でいう排出部の一例に相当する。
Claims (5)
- 排気ガスが流通するように構成された主流路と、
前記主流路から分岐された流路であり、排気ガスの少なくとも一部が流通するように構成された副流路と、
前記副流路内に配置された複数の熱交換器と、
前記複数の熱交換器を連通し、前記副流路の一部を構成するように構成された連通部と、
を備え、
前記連通部は、排気再循環に用いられる排気ガスの取出口である排気ガス取出口を備える、排気熱回収装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気熱回収装置であって、
前記複数の熱交換器は、排気ガスと熱交換される液体が流通するように構成された1または複数の液体流路を備え、該液体流路の周囲に排気ガスを通過させるように構成されている、排気熱回収装置。 - 請求項2に記載の排気熱回収装置であって、
前記複数の熱交換器のうちの少なくとも前記主流路から排気ガスが直に供給される熱交換器は、さらに、
前記液体流路において冷却液が排出されるように構成された排出部と、
前記排出部よりも前記主流路側に配置され、前記液体流路において冷却液が供給されるように構成された供給部と、
を備える、排気熱回収装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の排気熱回収装置であって、
前記複数の熱交換器のうちの前記主流路において排気ガスの流れ方向上流側に位置する熱交換器は、前記主流路において排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に位置する熱交換器よりも熱交換能力が高く設定されている、排気熱回収装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の排気熱回収装置であって、
前記副流路は、前記熱交換器が配置された部位における排気ガスの流れ方向が、前記主流路における排気ガスの流れ方向と直交するよう設定されている、排気熱回収装置。
