Abstract
【解決手段】 媒体を供給するための被冷却媒体を流通可能なバイパス路が第1通路に付設される。互いに並行に配置される流れ路を有する1つのブロック(2)を備えた熱交換器(15)であって、このブロック(12)が少なくとも2つの通路(2a、2b)内で逆方向に被冷却媒体を流通させることができ、媒体を供給するための被冷却媒体を流通可能なバイパス路(6)が第1通路(2a)に付設されている。

Claims (19)
- 互いに並行に配置される流れ路を有する1つのブロック(2)を備えた熱交換器であって、このブロックが少なくとも2つの通路(2a、2b)内で逆方向に被冷却媒体を流通させることができるものにおいて、媒体を供給するための被冷却媒体を流通可能なバイパス路(6)が第1通路(2a)に付設されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- ブロック(2)に第1集合タンク(3)が付設されており、この集合タンクが第1通路(2a)用流入室(3b)と第2通路(2b)用流出室(3c)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 第1、第2通路(2a、2b)用方向転換タンクとしての第2集合タンク(4)がブロック(2)に付設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)がブロック(2a)に入る前に分岐可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)が流入室(3b)から分岐可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)が方向転換タンク(4)に注ぐことを特徴とする、請求項3〜5の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- 流入室(3b)と流出室(3c)が隔壁(3a)によって相互に仕切られていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- 流れ路が第1、第2通路用に1:1である通過横断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)が方向転換タンク(4)の流入口(7、22)に注ぐことを特徴とする、請求項6〜8の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- 流入口(7、22)が隔壁(3a)の位置を標識する線(m)の範囲(b)内に配置されており、この範囲(b)が線(m)の両側にブロック(2)の幅のそれぞれ約15%だけ外れていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路が個別のバイパス管路(6)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)が、特に部分的にまたは完全に、熱交換器(5)に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が流れ路と並行に配置される少なくとも1つの側部品を有し、この側部品が流れ路として形成されかつバイパス(6)として流通可能であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が自動車用内燃機関の冷却材回路用冷却材/空気ラジエータ(5)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス管路(6)の直径が好ましくは7〜16mmであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス路(6)内の流量の割合がラジエータ(5)内の流量の10〜25%に調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14または15記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス管路(6)内の冷却材の流速が第1通路(2a)の流れ路内の流速よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項16記載の熱交換器。
- 流れ路が管として形成され、ブロック(2)が管/フィンブロックとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項14〜17の少なくとも1項記載の熱交換器。
- バイパス管路(6)が導入管(21)によって少なくとも部分的に方向転換タンク(4)内に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項2〜18のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
