Claims (7)
- Wärmeübertrager für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einem zwischen zwei Sammelkästen angeordneten Rippen/Rohrblock, wobei alle Rohrenden des Rippen/Rohrblockes im Bereich jedes Sammelkastens aufgeweitet und flächig aneinander anschließend zu einem Rohrendenpaket zusammengefügt sind, und wobei die beiden Sammelkästen jeweils bündig abschließend auf das zugeordnete Rohrendenpaket aufgesetzt und dicht mit diesem verlötet sind,
wobei
in wenigstens einem Sammelkasten (1) wenigstens eine den Sammelkasten (1) unterteilende Trennwand (4) vorgesehen ist, die in ihrer Außenkontur derart auf eine Innenkontur einer Wandung des Sammelkastens (1) abgestimmt ist, daß sie umlaufend dicht mit der Innenkontur verlötbar ist, und die einen Haltefuß (9) zum Aufstecken der Trennwand (4) auf zwei flächig aneinanderschließende Wandungsabschnitte (8) benachbarter Rohrenden (5) des Rohrendenpaketes aufweist. - Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltefuß (9) wenigstens eine einstückig angeformte, stegartige Lasche (10) aufweist, die unter Bildung eines Aufnahmeschlitzes (A) von der Trennwand (4) abragt.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltefuß (9) mit Zentrierschrägen (11, 12) zum Aufstecken auf die Wandungsabschnitte (8) der Rohrenden (5) versehen ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (4) in Abstand zu dem Haltefuß (9) wenigstens eine Fixiernase (14) aufweist, die im montierten Zustand der Trennwand (4) in eine korrespondierende Aussparung (16) in der Wandung des Sammelkastens (1) hineinragt.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixiernase (14) mit wenigstens einer verformbaren Ausstellecke (15) versehen ist, die im montierten Zustand der Trennwand (4) durch die Aussparung (16) der Wandung des Sammelkastens (1) hindurchragt und derart verformt ist, daß sie einen Rand der Aussparung (16) auf der Außenseite des Sammelkastens (1) formschlüssig hintergreift.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelkasten (1) im Bereich der Trennwand (4) wenigstens eine in einer zu der Trennwand (4) parallelen Ebene verlaufende Positionierrippe (6, 7) aufweist, an der die Trennwand (4) im montierten Zustand bündig anliegt.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Sammelkasten (1) zwei zueinander parallel beabstandete Positionierrippen (6, 7) vorgesehen sind, und daß die Trennwand (4) mit Stützrändern (13) versehen ist, die in ihrer Dimensionierung derart auf den Abstand der Positionierrippen (6, 7) zueinander abgestimmt sind, daß die Trennwand - auf eine Längsachse des Sammelkastens (1) bezogen - axial gesichert zwischen den Positionierrippen (6, 7) gehalten ist.
