Claims (9)
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 60〜80%、Al2O3 12〜25%、B2O3 0〜3%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜3%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 5〜25%、P2O5 0.1〜10%を含有し、且つ歪点が730℃より高いことを特徴とするガラス。
- B2O3の含有量が1モル%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。
- Li2O+Na2O+K2Oの含有量が0.2モル%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス。
- モル比(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/Al2O3が0.5〜3であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 歪点が760℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガラス。
- (高温粘度102.5dPa・sにおける温度−歪点)が980℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 高温粘度102.5dPa・sにおける温度が1750℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 平板形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 半導体結晶を作製するための基板に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のガラス。
