Claims (13)
- 第1検出素子及び第2検出素子と、
前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子に接続され、前記第1検出素子の検出結果及び前記第2検出素子の検出結果を受信するコントローラと、を備え、
前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子は同一の特性を検出するセンサ装置。 - 前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子は同一の構成を有する請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第1検出素子と前記第2検出素子とは一体的に構成される請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子は流体の特性を検出する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第1検出素子と前記第2検出素子との間における前記流体の流れをコントロールする整流板を更に備える請求項4に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記整流板は、前記第1検出素子と前記第2検出素子との間に設けられる請求項5に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記整流板は、相互に対向する第1面及び第2面を有し、
前記第1検出素子は前記第1面に取り付けられ、
前記第2検出素子は前記第2面に取り付けられる請求項6に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記第1検出素子の検出結果及び前記第2検出素子の検出結果を解析する解析部を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記解析部は、前記第1検出素子の検出結果及び前記第2検出素子の検出結果に基づいて、前記特性を示す特性値を算出する請求項8に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記解析部は、前記第1検出素子の検出結果及び前記第2検出素子の検出結果に基づいて、前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子の検出の信頼性を評価する請求項8に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子を制御する素子制御部を更に有し、
前記素子制御部は、前記解析部に接続され、前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子の各々から前記特性の検出結果を受信して前記解析部に検出信号を送信する請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記解析部と前記素子制御部とは別体として設けられる請求項11に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記第1検出素子及び前記第2検出素子は水分センサである請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ装置。
