Claims (8)
- ノズルとなる貫通孔を有する基材と、該基材の、少なくとも前記貫通孔の内壁に配置されている金属膜とを有しており、
前記基材は、ニッケルを主成分としており、
前記金属膜は、ニッケルおよびパラジウムを主成分としており、
前記基材および前記金属膜を含む断面の、前記基材と前記金属膜との界面に沿った仮想線A上における、前記金属膜のパラジウム含有率のばらつきが4原子%以下であることを特徴とするノズルプレート。 - 前記金属膜の厚さが0.1〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズルプレート。
- 前記基材の前記界面側には、前記基材の中央部における、酸素含有率よりも酸素含有率が高い酸素リッチ層が存在することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のノズルプレート。
- 前記基材および前記金属膜を含む断面の、前記基材と前記金属膜との界面に沿った仮想線B上における、前記酸素リッチ層の酸素含有率のばらつきが1原子%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のノズルプレート。
- 仮想線B上の前記酸素リッチ層の、平均酸素含有率が1〜4原子%であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のノズルプレート。
- 前記基材の中央部の、酸素含有率が1原子%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のノズルプレート。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のノズルプレートと、前記貫通孔に繋がっている加圧室と、該加圧室に圧力を加える加圧部とを備えていることを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッド。
- 請求項7に記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、記録媒体を前記液体吐出ヘッドに対して搬送する搬送部と、前記液体吐出ヘッドを制御する制御部とを備えていることを特徴とする記録装置。
