Claims (8)
- 正極電極と負極電極を間にセパレータを介して交互に配置して積層された電極群を有する非水電解液二次電池であって、
前記正極電極は、正極金属箔の両面に正極合剤層が設けられた正極基部と、該正極基部から突出して前記正極金属箔が露出する正極タブ部とを有し、該正極タブ部の基端部に保護層が設けられていることを特徴とする非水電解液二次電池。 - 前記正極基部と前記正極タブ部は一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記保護層は、少なくとも前記正極タブ部の基端部でかつ隣接する前記負極電極と対向する領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記保護層は、絶縁部材により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記保護層は、前記正極合剤層により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材と前記正極合剤層とは同じ工程で前記正極金属箔に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記正極タブ部は、前記正極基部との境界部にR部を有しており、
前記保護層は、少なくとも前記R部に相当する幅に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解液二次電池。 - 前記負極電極は、負極金属箔の両面に負極合剤層が設けられた負極基部と、該負極基部から突出して前記負極金属箔が露出する負極タブ部とを有し、
前記保護層は、前記正極合剤層の端縁が前記負極合剤層の端縁よりも前記正極電極の幅方向内側に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の非水電解液二次電池。
