Claims (4)
- 金属板からなり反転動作可能なドーム状の膨出部を備えた可動接点部材と、
前記可動接点部材と電気的な接続が可能な固定接点部材と、
前記可動接点部材を収容し一方が開口した収容部を有するハウジングと、を備え、
前記固定接点部材が、前記収容部の内部底面の中央部に設けられ前記可動接点部材と接離可能な第1固定接点部と、前記内部底面の外縁部に設けられている第2固定接点部と、を有するプッシュスイッチにおいて、
前記膨出部の反転動作荷重よりも低い操作力で弾性変形可能でかつ導電性を備えた振動減衰部材をさらに備え、前記振動減衰部材を介して前記膨出部と前記第2固定接点部とが電気的に接続され、
初期状態から操作したときに、前記振動減衰部材が弾性変形によって撓むとともに、前記振動減衰部材の弾性変形時の操作力が単調増加するように変化し、
前記膨出部の反転状態から初期状態に復帰するときには、前記振動減衰部材が前記可動接点部材の振動を吸収することを特徴とするプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記振動減衰部材の弾性変形に伴う操作量を第1操作量とし、
前記第1操作量だけ操作したときの操作力を第1操作力とし、
前記膨出部が反転動作を始める直前の操作力をピーク荷重とし、
前記膨出部が反転動作したときの操作量を第2操作量としたときに、
前記第1操作量は0.015mmより大きく、かつ前記第2操作量の10分の1ないし5分の1であって、
前記第1操作力は前記ピーク荷重の30%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記可動接点部材は前記膨出部から外方へ延設された少なくとも2本の脚部を有し、前記脚部が前記振動減衰部材であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 前記収容部を覆うシート部材をさらに備え、前記シート部材が前記膨出部と接するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のプッシュスイッチ。
