Abstract
Description
図2および図3に示すように、画像較正用検具4は、オートクレーブ滅菌耐性を備えるようにステンレスなどの錆びにくい金属や耐熱性、対薬品耐性のある樹脂によって全体が形成され、両側部に開口部32が設けられた矩形状の検具本体部31と、この検具本体部31の基端側に螺着固定された筒状の内視鏡接続部33と、検具本体部31の先端壁に螺着固定された円板状の較正チャート板34と、を有して主に構成されている。
このように開口部32があることで、洗浄が容易になり、検具本体部31の両側部での照明光の不要な反射を防ぐことができる。
それぞれの指標41は、隣接する対角方向の指標41同士が所定の距離離間するように、直交する2つの辺を接続するように、角部が円弧状の曲線に形成されている。
なお、共に変更したほうが、切り出し量が少なくて済むので、切り出し範囲を有効活用できる。
Claims (8)
- 直交する2つの辺を円弧状の曲線で接続された略矩形状の複数の指標と、
前記複数の指標を金属板上に機械加工、レーザマーキングなどによって対角方向の2つの前記指標を所定の距離で離間させて形成した較正チャートと、
を備えたことを特徴とする画像較正用検具。 - 前記較正チャートを形成する前記指標が市松模様状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像較正用検具。
- 前記指標は、複数の凹凸によって前記金属板に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の画像較正用検具。
- 前記指標が断面三角形状の前記複数の凹凸によって線描写加工されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像較正用検具。
- 前記指標は、円錐状の凹部によって連続的な点状加工されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像較正用検具。
- 前記金属板が設けられた本端部と、
前記本体部に接続され、内視鏡の挿入部の先端部が着脱自在に装着固定される内視鏡接続部と、
前記内視鏡接続部に固定された状態において、前記先端部の先端面に当接して前記金属板に形成された前記較正チャートと前記先端部に設けられた観察窓との所定の距離を規定する当接部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の画像較正用検具。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の画像較正用検具と、
前記画像較正用検具に挿入部の先端部が着脱自在な内視鏡と、
前記内視鏡により撮影された前記画像較正用検具の前記較正チャートによって前記内視鏡によって取得する観察画像を補正する制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡システム。 - 前記内視鏡が2つの観察光学系を備えた3D内視鏡であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡システム。
