Description
Claims (9)
- 金属箔に活物質層が形成された電極の製造方法であって、
帯状の金属箔に活物質層が形成された帯状電極を電極毎にレーザ光によって切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程で切断された前記電極の端部を画像認識で検出する画像認識工程と、
を含み、
前記切断工程では、前記レーザ光によって前記帯状電極を切断することで前記電極の前記端部を変色させる、電極の製造方法。 - 前記切断工程では、連続波のレーザ光によって前記帯状電極を切断する、請求項1に記載の電極の製造方法。
- 前記帯状電極には、前記活物質層を覆う保護層が形成されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電極の製造方法。
- 前記端部の延在方向に交差する方向における前記端部の変色した領域の寸法は、100μm以上である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電極の製造方法。 - 前記画像認識工程では、カメラで撮像された画像に対する画像認識により前記端部を検出し、
前記端部の延在方向に交差する方向における前記端部の変色した領域の寸法は、前記カメラの3画素分の寸法以上である、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極の製造方法。 - 金属箔に活物質層が形成された電極の製造方法であって、
帯状の金属箔に活物質層が形成された帯状電極を電極毎にレーザ光によって切断する切断工程を含み、
前記切断工程では、前記レーザ光によって前記帯状電極を切断することで前記電極の端部を変色させ、
前記端部の延在方向に交差する方向における前記端部の変色した領域の寸法は、100μm以上である、
電極の製造方法。 - 金属箔に活物質層が形成された電極であって、
帯状の金属箔に活物質層が形成された帯状電極の切断により製造され、
前記切断により形成される端部には、変色した領域が形成されており、
前記端部の延在方向に交差する方向における前記端部の変色した領域の寸法は、100μm以上である、
電極。 - レーザ光によって前記帯状電極を切断することにより製造される、
請求項7に記載の電極。 - 前記レーザ光は、連続波のレーザ光である、
