Abstract
Description
(1)本発明は、キャリアシート(フィルムキャリア)付きガスケットに係る。
(2)ラバーオンリーガスケット作製時にキャリア用のフィルムを同時成形したキャリアシート付きガスケット。尚、本ガスケットはスタッキング時にキャリアフィルムを取り外せる構成である。
(3)キャリアフィルムによりスタック組み付け性が向上する。ガスケット中央もしくは端部のキャリアフィルムをスタッキング組み付け時の自動搬送で使用する。キャリアフィルムによりガスケットが矯正されているため、捩れの問題がない。スタッキング時にキャリアフィルムを取り外せるため、重量の低減につながる。
(4)ラバーオンリーガスケットは組付け後に位置ずれが発生する可能性があるので、キャリアシート付きガスケットの一部に粘着部または接着部を設ける。
(5)粘着部または接着部は、ガスケット本体の成形後に粘着剤または接着剤を取り付けることにより作製する。また粘着剤または接着剤は、成形後に取り付ける方法のほかに、一体成形による方法でも作製することができるが、どのような方法で作製するかは、セパレータ等の相手組付け部材の形状や組付け方法等に合わせて適宜設定する。
(6)粘着剤には、ゴム系、シリコン系、ウレタン系またはアクリル系など何れの粘着剤も使用が可能である。接着剤には、ゴム糊系または樹脂系など何れの接着剤も使用が可能である。粘着剤または接着剤の設置個所は、特に限定されず何れの箇所にも設置が可能であり、ガスケット全周でも一部でも良い。
(1)上記実施例では、粘着部26がガスケット本体21の周方向に沿って複数個所に設けられているが、これに代えて図4に示すように、粘着部26をガスケット本体21の全周に亙って連続したものとして設ける。
(2)上記実施例では、粘着部26がガスケット本体21の外周側の側面に設けられているが、これに代えて、粘着部26をガスケット本体21の内周側の側面に設け、または図5(A)に示すように、粘着部26をガスケット本体21の外周側の側面および内周側の側面の双方にそれぞれ設ける。
(3)上記実施例では、ガスケット本体21の側面に張り出し部27が設けられるとともにこの張り出し部27の一面に粘着剤28が塗布されることにより粘着部26とされているが、これに代えて図5(B)に示すように、張り出し部27を省略し、粘着剤28をガスケット本体21の平面上に直接塗布する。この態様は、組付け箇所のスペース上の制約が大きいときに特に有効である。

Claims (5)
- ラバーオンリータイプのガスケット本体と、前記ガスケット本体を非接着状態で保持する樹脂フィルムよりなるキャリアシートとの組み合わせよりなり、
前記ガスケット本体を組付け箇所に組み付けるときに前記ガスケット本体を前記組付け箇所に粘着または接着するための粘着部または接着部を前記ガスケット本体に設けたことを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1記載のガスケットにおいて、
前記ガスケット本体の側面に張り出し部を設けるとともに前記張り出し部の表面に粘着剤または接着剤を塗布することにより前記粘着部または接着部としたことを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1または2記載のガスケットにおいて、
前記粘着部または接着部を前記ガスケット本体の取付面における外側の部分に設け、
前記ガスケット本体の取付面における内側の部分には、前記粘着剤または接着剤の介在なしで前記ガスケット本体が前記組付け箇所に直接接触する接触部が設けられていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載したガスケットにおいて、
前記ガスケット本体は、燃料電池スタックに組み込まれる燃料電池用ガスケットとして用いられることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載したガスケットを製造する方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体を成形する金型のパーティング部に平面状の前記キャリアシートを挟み込んだ状態で前記金型を型締めする工程と、
前記金型で前記ガスケット本体を成形し、このとき成形材料充填圧力で前記キャリアシートの平面上一部を金型キャビティ内面に沿って変形させることにより立体形状のガスケット保持部を成形する工程と、
前記ガスケット本体の成形後、型開きしてから、前記ガスケット本体および前記キャリアシートを同時に前記金型から取り出す工程と、
前記ガスケット本体に粘着剤または接着剤を塗布する工程と、を順次実施することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。
