Claims (4)
- ゴム状弾性体からなるガスケット本体と、このガスケット本体に粘着されることで前記ガスケット本体を保持するキャリアフィルムとの組合せよりなるガスケットにおいて前記キャリアフィルムから前記ガスケット本体を分離するガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記キャリアフィルムから前記ガスケット本体を分離するに際しては、吸引治具を用い、
この吸引治具は、前記キャリアフィルムと対向する位置に吸着面を備え、
前記吸着面には、前記ガスケット本体の平面形状と対応する形状をなす吸着溝が形成されるとともに、前記吸着溝には、その全周にわたって吸引路が所要の間隔をもって複数形成されており、
前記ガスケット本体は、前記キャリアフィルムを固定し、前記吸引治具における吸引路からの吸引力によって、前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面を吸着溝に吸着させることで、前記キャリアフィルムから分離されることを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面には、シールリップが形成されており、
前記吸着溝は、前記シールリップの断面形状と対応する形状をなすことを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面には、シールリップが形成されており、
前記吸着溝は、前記シールリップを収容し、その周縁部にてガスケット本体と密接することを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記吸引治具には、通気性を有する弾性変形可能な多孔質材が前記吸引路を閉塞するように前記吸着溝の全周にわたって装着されており、
前記吸引治具に形成された吸引路からの吸引力によって前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面を多孔質材に吸着させることを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。
