Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態における制御装置の構成の一例を示す図である。
本発明の第2実施形態における制御装置の構成について説明する。
本発明の第3実施形態における制御装置の構成について説明する。
そこで、デッドタイムによる位相遅れだけでなく、PWM信号の伝達回路の遅れや、スイッチング素子の応答遅れに伴うPWM電圧の位相ズレについても補償する制御装置の実施形態について説明する。
Claims (9)
- 交流電力で駆動する電動手段を制御する制御装置であって、
電源からの電力を交流電力に変換して前記電動手段に供給する一対のスイッチング素子と、
前記電動手段に供給される電流又は電圧の信号を取得し、当該信号をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換する変換手段と、
前記変換手段により変換された信号に基づいて、前記電動手段をPWM制御するためのデューティ指令値を演算する演算手段と、
前記演算手段により演算されるデューティ指令値と、前記PWM制御するためのキャリア信号とに基づいて、PWM信号を生成する生成手段と、
前記生成手段により生成されるPWM信号に基づいて、前記スイッチング素子の接続状態を切り替えることにより、前記電動手段に供給される交流電力を制御する制御手段と、を含み、
前記キャリア信号が増加しているのか、又は、減少しているのかを判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段により判定されたキャリア信号の増減に基づいて、前記演算手段により演算されるデューティ指令値を補正することにより、前記スイッチング素子の切替えタイミングを調整する補正手段と、
を備える制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置であって、
前記補正手段は、前記キャリア信号の増加期間と減少期間とで、前記デューティ指令値を補正する補正量を切り替える、
制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の制御装置であって、
前記電動手段に供給されるPWM電圧のパルス幅のズレを補償する補償処理を前記デューティ指令値に施す補償手段をさらに備え、
前記補正手段は、前記判定手段により判定されたキャリア信号の増減に基づいて、前記補償処理が施されたデューティ指令値を補正することにより、前記電動手段に供給されるPWM電圧の位相ズレを補償する、
制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記一対のスイッチング素子が同時に非導通状態となるデッドタイムを前記PWM信号に設けるデッドタイム生成手段をさらに備え、
前記補正手段は、前記デッドタイムと前記キャリア信号の周期とに基づいて、前記デューティ指令値を補正する、
制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記補正手段は、前記生成手段から前記スイッチング素子へ信号を伝達する回路で生じる遅れに基づいて、前記デューティ指令値を補正する、
制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記補正手段は、前記スイッチング素子の応答遅れに基づいて、前記デューティ指令値を補正する、
制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記電動手段は、モータであり、
前記一対のスイッチング素子は、前記モータの相ごとに複数設けられ、
前記補正手段は、前記判定手段により判定されたキャリア信号の増減に基づいて、前記デューティ指令値を補正することにより、前記変換手段により取得される少なくとも2相の電圧又は電流の波形崩れを抑制する、
制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記判定手段は、前記演算手段が前記デューティ指令値を演算する演算期間に、前記キャリア信号の値を複数回取得して、前記キャリア信号の増減を判定し、
前記補正手段は、前記判定された結果に基づいて、前記デューティ指令値を補正する補正量を増減させ、
前記生成手段は、前記判定手段が前記キャリア信号の値を取得した演算期間の次の演算期間に、前記補正されたデューティ指令値と前記キャリア信号とを比較することにより、前記PWM信号を生成する、
制御装置。 - 電源からの電力を交流電力に変換して電動手段に供給する一対のスイッチング素子と、前記電動手段に供給される電流又は電圧の信号を取得し、当該信号をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換する変換手段と、前記変換手段により変換された信号に基づいて、前記電動手段をPWM制御するためのデューティ指令値を演算する演算手段と、を含む制御装置の制御方法であって、
前記PWM制御するためのキャリア信号が増加しているのか、又は、減少しているのかを判定する判定ステップと、
前記判定ステップにより判定されたキャリア信号の増減に基づいて、前記演算手段により演算されるデューティ指令値を補正することにより、前記スイッチング素子の切替えタイミングを調整する補正ステップと、
前記補正ステップにより補正されたデューティ指令値と前記キャリア信号とに基づいて、PWM信号を生成する生成ステップと、
前記生成手段により生成されるPWM信号に基づいて、前記スイッチング素子の接続状態を切り替えることにより、前記電動手段に供給される交流電力を制御する制御ステップと、
を含む制御方法。
