Claims (16)
- 二次電池セルを積層した一以上の電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体と電気的に接続された制御回路を実装した回路基板と、
前記電池積層体及び回路基板を収納する樹脂製の電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの底面を覆う金属製の下フレームと、
前記電池ケースの上面を覆う金属製の上フレームとを備える電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは防水構造を備えており、
前記上フレームと下フレームとを連結して、前記電池ケースを狭持する電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
前記上フレームは、第一フレームと第二フレームを含み、
前記第一フレームと第二フレームとを離間して配置し、該第一フレームと第二フレームの間で前記電池ケースの一部を表出させた表出領域を設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電源装置の外形を、平面視において一方向に延長させた矩形状としており、
前記表出領域を、長手方向における中央に設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の電源装置であって、さらに、
前記電池積層体の出力を所定の電圧に変換するためのDC/DCコンバータを備えており、
前記DC/DCコンバータは、前記電池ケース内の、前記第一フレームで覆われた領域に配置されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは、前記第二フレームで覆われた領域に、前記回路基板を配置してなる電源装置。 - 請求項2〜5のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは、冷却気体を内部に取り入れるための吸気口と、熱交換された冷却気体を排出するための排気口を開口しており、
前記吸気口及び排気口の少なくとも一方は、前記表出領域に設けられてなる電源装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電源装置であって、
前記表出領域に設けられた前記吸気口及び排気口の少なくとも一方は、前記電池ケースの表面から突出して開口を形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースの側面に、前記吸気口及び排気口の他方を開口してなる電源装置。 - 請求項6〜8のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記排気口を、前記表出領域に設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記下フレーム及び上フレームは、電源装置を固定するための固定片を突出させてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは、上ケースと下ケースに分割されると共に、
前記上ケースと下ケースとの接合面に弾性部材を配置してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは、表出領域において、表面を窪ませた凹部を一以上形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項12に記載の電源装置であって、
前記凹部は、前記電池ケースの表出領域において、該電池ケースの上面側に設けられた第一凹部と、該電池ケースの下面側に設けられた第二凹部とを含む電源装置。 - 請求項12又は13に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池ケースは、前記電池積層体を複数収納すると共に、
該電池ケースの長手方向に、前記電池積層体を並べて配置しており、
該電池ケースの長手方向に並べて配置された前記電池積層体同士の間に、前記凹部を形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記下フレームが、複数の金属板を溶接して構成されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を備える車両。
