Claims (11)
- 温度検出部と、
前記温度検出部により電源オン/オフされて一定速圧縮機を駆動することが可能な一定速本体制御部と、
前記一定速本体制御部に接続され、前記一定速本体制御部の電源オン/オフ信号に基づき動作するインバータ制御ユニットと、
前記インバータ制御ユニットに接続され、前記インバータ制御ユニットからの出力に基づいて制御される可変速型圧縮機とを備え、
前記インバータ制御ユニットは、
前記一定速本体制御部の前記電源オン/オフ信号に基づいて動作し、前記可変速型圧縮機の回転数を設定するように構成された回転数設定部と、
前記回転数設定部で設定された前記回転数で、前記可変速型圧縮機を駆動するインバータ駆動回路部と、
を有し、
前記一定速本体制御部と前記インバータ制御ユニットとは個々に独立したユニットとして構成されるとともに、
前記一定速本体制御部に、前記一定速本体制御部とは別個の独立した前記インバータ制御ユニットが接続されて構成された
簡易インバータ制御型冷蔵庫。 - 冷却ファンをさらに備え、
前記冷却ファンは、前記一定速本体制御部によって駆動する構成であり、
前記可変速圧縮機は、前記インバータ制御ユニットからの出力によって駆動する構成であり、
前記冷却ファンと前記可変速型圧縮機とが、前記一定速本体制御部および前記インバータ制御ユニットにより、それぞれ別個に制御されるように構成された
請求項1に記載の簡易インバータ制御型冷蔵庫。 - 前記インバータ制御ユニットは、前記一定速本体制御部の電源オン/オフ信号に基づいて、オンされている時間とオフされている時間から運転率を演算する運転率演算部をさらに有し、
前記回転数設定部は、前記運転率演算部で決定された前記運転率が、あらかじめ定められた範囲に入るように前記回転数を設定するように構成された
請求項1または請求項2に記載の簡易インバータ制御型冷蔵庫。 - 前記運転率演算部は、あらかじめ定められた、前記運転率と前記可変速型圧縮機の効率とから、運転率補正値を設定するように構成された
請求項3に記載の簡易インバータ制御型冷蔵庫。 - 前記回転数設定部は、電源オン時間が所定時間を越えると、前記回転数をアップさせて前記可変速型圧縮機を駆動するように構成された
請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の簡易インバータ制御型冷蔵庫。 - 電源オン/オフ検出回路と、
前記電源オン/オフ検出回路からの電源オン/オフ信号に基づき回転数を設定するように構成された回転数設定部と、
前記回転数設定部で設定された前記回転数で可変速型圧縮機を駆動するインバータ駆動回路部とを備え、
前記電源オン/オフ検出回路と前記回転数設定部と前記インバータ駆動回路部とは、一つのユニットに構成され、かつ、前記電源オン/オフ検出回路による電源オン検出時に動作して、前記回転数設定部で設定された回転数で、前記可変速型圧縮機を駆動するように構成された冷蔵庫用インバータ制御ユニット。 - 前記電源オン/オフ検出回路からの前記電源オン/オフ信号に基づき運転率を演算する運転率演算部をさらに備え、
前記回転数設定部は、前記運転率演算部で決定された前記運転率が、あらかじめ定められた範囲に入るように前記回転数を設定するように構成された
請求項6に記載の冷蔵庫用インバータ制御ユニット。 - 前記運転率演算部は、あらかじめ定められた範囲の、前記運転率と前記可変速型圧縮機の効率とから運転率補正値を設定するように構成された
