本発明のハイブリッド車の故障判定装置は、車両に搭載された内燃機関を所定の目標回転速度に制御してモータジェネレータを駆動して発電しながら、駆動用モータにより駆動輪を駆動して走行する第1の走行モードを有するハイブリッド車に備えられ、前記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止するとともに駆動用バッテリから供給された電力により前記モータジェネレータを駆動させて前記内燃機関を前記所定の目標回転速度とは異なる目標回転速度となるよう強制回転させるモータリングを実行するモータリング実行部と、前記内燃機関の排気成分を検出する第1の検出部と、前記車両の走行速度を検出する第2の検出部と、前記第1の走行モード中に当該第1の走行モードを中断して前記モータリング実行部により前記モータリングを実行し、前記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止した際の前記第1の検出部の検出値と前記モータリングが終了した後に前記燃料供給を再開した際の前記第1の検出部の検出値とに基づいて、前記第1の検出部を故障判定する故障判定部と、前記第2の検出部により検出した前記走行速度が所定の閾値未満の場合に前記故障判定部による前記モータリングを規制するモータリング規制部と、を備えたことを特徴とする。

また、好ましくは、前記故障判定部による前記モータリングの実行開始直前における前記モータジェネレータまたは前記内燃機関の回転速度を検出し、当該回転速度が大きくなるに伴って前記閾値を大きく設定するとよい。

また、好ましくは、前記車両は、前記第1の検出部を複数個備え、前記故障判定部により故障判定を行う前記第1の検出部の故障判定要求個数が増加するに伴って、前記閾値が低くなるように設定するとよい。

また、好ましくは、前記車両の電源オンから所定時間経過しても前記故障判定部による故障判定が実行開始されない場合には、前記閾値が小さくなるように設定するとよい。

- 車両に搭載された内燃機関によりモータジェネレータを駆動して発電しながら、駆動用モータにより駆動輪を駆動して走行する第1の走行モードを有するハイブリッド車に備えられ、
前記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止するとともに駆動用バッテリから供給された電力により前記モータジェネレータを駆動させて前記内燃機関を強制回転させるモータリングを実行するモータリング実行部と、
前記内燃機関の排気成分を検出する第1の検出部と、
前記車両の走行速度を検出する第2の検出部と、
前記第1の走行モード中に当該第1の走行モードを中断して前記モータリング実行部により前記モータリングを実行し、前記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止した際の前記第1の検出部の検出値と前記モータリングが終了した後に前記燃料供給を再開した際の前記第1の検出部の検出値とに基づいて、前記第1の検出部を故障判定する故障判定部と、
前記第2の検出部により検出した前記走行速度が所定の閾値未満の場合に前記故障判定部による前記モータリングを規制するモータリング規制部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の故障判定装置。 - 前記故障判定部による前記モータリングの実行開始直前における前記モータジェネレータまたは前記内燃機関の回転速度を検出し、当該回転速度が大きくなるに伴って前記閾値が大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の故障判定装置。
- 前記車両は、前記第1の検出部を複数個備え、
前記故障判定部により故障判定を行う前記第1の検出部の故障判定要求個数が増加するに伴って、前記閾値が低くなるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の故障判定装置。 - 前記車両の電源オンから所定時間経過しても前記故障判定部による故障判定が実行開始されない場合には、前記閾値が小さくなるよう設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車の故障判定装置。
