Claims (20)
- 検体を含む溶液、多数の小径ビーズおよび1個の大径ビーズを貯留させた容器の下部に円運動をさせる駆動部と、
該駆動部を制御する制御部とを備え、
該制御部が、前記容器の下部に2つ以上の互いに異なる回転数間で連続的に変化する前記円運動をさせるように、前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とする検体の破砕装置。 - 前記制御部が、前記容器の下部に、前記2つ以上の互いに異なる回転数のうち、最低回転数が1000〜5000rpmの範囲であり、且つ最高回転数が6000〜10000rpmの範囲である前記円運動をさせるように、前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記容器が、該容器の上方の内周面に、前記小径ビーズを前記内周面より跳ね上げるリブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記容器の下方の内周面が、前記円運動中に前記大径ビーズを前記下方の内周面上で転動させるように、平坦であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記駆動部が、
前記容器の上部を、前記容器が該容器の中心軸まわりに回転不能な状態で、支持する支持部材と、
所定の回転軸まわりに回転する回転部材と、
前記中心軸が前記回転軸に対して交差した状態で前記容器の下部を前記回転部材に直接または間接的に連結する連結手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検体の破砕装置。 - 前記中心軸と前記回転軸との交差する角度が2〜5度の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記支持部材が、前記容器の上部を挿通させる孔を有する可撓性部材からなることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が、前記孔の周囲に前記容器の材質よりも硬質な環状部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記連結手段が、前記回転部材に、前記回転軸から離れた位置に設けられた凹部または凸部と、前記容器の下端に直接または間接的に設けられた、前記凹部または凸部と嵌合する凸部または凹部とからなることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記支持部材が、前記可撓性部材の前記孔と連通する開口を有する有底筒状の容器収容部をさらに備え、該容器収容部の底部に凸部と、前記容器収容器の内周面上に、前記容器の外周面上に形成されたリブと係合して前記容器の前記中心軸まわりの回転を防止する突起とが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記駆動部を複数備え、該複数の駆動部が複数の前記容器を同時に前記円運動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記複数の容器のうち、一部の前記容器を前記円運動させている間、残りの前記容器を前記一部の容器とは異なる回転数で前記円運動させるように、前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の検体の破砕装置。
- 検体を含む溶液、多数の小径ビーズおよび1個の大径ビーズを容器に貯留させ、
該容器の下部に2つ以上の互いに異なる回転数の間で連続的に変化する円運動をさせて、前記ビーズにより前記検体を破砕することを特徴とする検体の破砕方法。 - 前記2つ以上の互いに異なる回転数のうち、最低回転数が1000〜5000rpmの範囲であり、最高回転数が6000〜10000rpmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記円運動により、前記大径ビーズを前記容器の下方の内周面上で転動させ、前記小径ビーズを、前記円運動の回転数の変化に応じて、前記容器内で上下方向に移動させることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記容器の中心軸が前記円運動の回転軸と交差した状態で前記円運動をさせることを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記容器の上部を支持した状態で前記円運動させることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記中心軸が前記回転軸に対して2〜5度の範囲の角度をなして交差していることを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記容器を複数用意し、各該容器に前記溶液、前記多数の小径ビーズおよび前記1個の大径ビーズを貯留させ、前記複数の容器を同時に前記円運動させることを特徴とする請求項13〜18のいずれか1項に記載の検体の破砕方法。
- 前記複数の容器を2つのグループに分け、一方のグループに属する前記容器の下部に前記円運動をさせている間、他方のグループに属する前記容器の下部に前記一方のグループとは異なる回転数で前記円運動をさせることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の検体の破砕方法。
