Claims (7)
- 組織に衝突して細胞を単離する単離用部材と、
組織が入れられ、前記単離用部材が動く室を有する室体と、
前記室体における前記単離用部材の動作を制御する制御部と、
室内の溶液の液面を検出する液面センサと、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記液面センサの検出結果として所定時間の変動が所定値を超える場合に、前記単離部材の回転数を低減するよう制御し、高生存率の細胞単離を行う細胞単離装置。 - 単離用部材は、複数の刃体を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞単離装置。
- 室体内の温度または装置の温度を制御する温度制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の細胞単離装置。
- 室体内に液を注入するための液注入部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の細胞単離装置。
- 単離用部材は、軸体と、この軸体に結合される複数の刃体と、軸体において複数の刃体を支持する支持手段と
を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の細胞単離装置。 - 軸体が、単離用部材と非接触の磁気回転駆動部により回転されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の細胞単離装置。
- 室体には、軸体を受ける軸受が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の細胞単離装置。
