Claims (9)
- 外装ケースと、この外装ケースに収納してなる少なくとも1以上の二次電池を有する電池ブロックと、この電池ブロックに接続してなる回路基板と、前記電池ブロックからの出力電流を出力する出力リードと接続してなる電源コネクタとを備える電源装置であって、
前記電源コネクタは、前記外装ケースの固定面にフローティング状態で取り付けられ、
前記回路基板は、前記固定面と前記電池ブロックの間で、前記固定面と直交する第1の方向に平行な姿勢で配置されて、
前記出力リードが前記回路基板の下側又は上側に設けてなる配線スペースに配置されて、前記電池ブロックに接続されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載される電源装置であって、
前記出力リードが、前記配線スペースにおいて前記第1の方向に延びる姿勢で配線されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載される電源装置であって、
前記出力リードが、導電部の断面積を3mm2以上としてなるリード線としてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記出力リードは、前記電源コネクタから前記電池ブロックに向かって延びる第1領域を備えており、前記第1領域の前記電池ブロック側を、保護素子と前記回路基板のいずれか又は両方を介して前記電池ブロックに接続してなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項4に記載される電源装置であって、
前記出力リードに接続してなるヒューズを備え、前記第1領域と前記ヒューズとの接続点が前記固定面よりも前記電池ブロックに近い部位に配置されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項4に記載される電源装置であって、
前記出力リードに接続してなる電流検出抵抗を備え、前記第1領域と前記電流検出抵抗との接続点が前記固定面よりも前記電池ブロックに近い部位に配置されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記回路基板に前記出力電流をオンオフする半導体スイッチング素子を実装してなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記電源コネクタが、前記固定面に上下にフローティング自在に取り付けられてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記電源コネクタが、サーバーラックにセットされる状態でサーバーラックの電源ラインに連結されるようにしてなることを特徴とする電源装置。
