Claims (10)
- 印刷回路基板に実装されるコネクターであって、
コネクターハウジングと、
前記コネクターハウジングの内部空間に配置される第1ターミナルと、
前記第1ターミナルと分離された状態で前記コネクターハウジングの内部から前記コネクターハウジングの外部へ延びて前記印刷回路基板にはんだ付けされる第2ターミナルと、
前記第1ターミナルと前記第2ターミナルとを電気的に接続し、前記コネクターハウジングの一側に装着される保護素子と、を含み、
前記コネクターハウジングは、上板部に上下方向へ貫通して形成されたピン挿入孔を備え、
前記保護素子は、
前記コネクターハウジングの上板部の表面に取り付けられた素子本体と、
前記ピン挿入孔を通じて前記第1ターミナルまたは前記第2ターミナルに接触する素子ピンと、
を有する、
コネクター。 - 前記素子ピンは、前記素子本体の第1面に位置する第1素子ピン及び前記素子本体の前記第1面に対向する第2面に位置する第2素子ピンを含み、
前記第1素子ピンは、前記第1ターミナルと一対一に接触し、前記第2素子ピンは、前記第2ターミナルと一対一に接触する、請求項1に記載のコネクター。 - 前記素子本体は、前記コネクターハウジングの上板部の表面に接着される、請求項1または2に記載のコネクター。
- 前記第1ターミナルは、前記コネクターハウジングの下板部から上下方向に延びる第1縦部と、前記第1縦部の上端部から左右方向に延びる第1横部と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクター。
- 前記第1ターミナルは、前記第1縦部と前記第1横部とが交差する位置に凹んで形成された第1溝部をさらに含み、
前記素子ピンは、前記第1溝部に締まりばめによって結合する、請求項4に記載のコネクター。 - 前記第2ターミナルは、前記第1横部と同軸線上に延びる第2横部と、前記第2横部の一端部で折り曲げられて前記印刷回路基板に連結される第2縦部と、を含む、請求項5に記載のコネクター。
- 前記第2ターミナルは、前記第2横部の一側に凹んで形成された第2溝部をさらに含み、
前記素子ピンは、前記第2溝部に締まりばめによって結合する、請求項6に記載のコネクター。 - 印刷回路基板に実装されるコネクターであって、
コネクターハウジングと、
前記コネクターハウジングの内部空間に配置される第1ターミナルと、
前記第1ターミナルと分離された状態で前記コネクターハウジングの内部から前記コネクターハウジングの外部へ延びて前記印刷回路基板にはんだ付けされる第2ターミナルと、
前記第1ターミナルと前記第2ターミナルとを電気的に接続し、前記コネクターハウジングの一側に装着される保護素子と、を含み、
前記保護素子は、前記保護素子の下端部から下方へ延びて前記コネクターハウジングの下板部に、または前記コネクターハウジングの下板部を通過して前記印刷回路基板に連結される支持部材を有し、前記コネクターハウジングの内部に備えられ、前記第1ターミナルは前記保護素子の一側部に接続し、前記第2ターミナルは前記保護素子の他側部に接続するように設けられる、
コネクター。 - 前記保護素子は、ESD防止機能、EOS防止機能及びEMI防止機能の少なくとも一つの機能を有する保護素子である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のコネクター。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターを含む、バッテリーパック。
