Abstract

一种堆叠式电连接器,其可与第一、第二插头连接器电性连接,所述堆叠式电连接器包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上并水平设置的内电路板及第一导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有用以收容第一插头连接器的第一收容腔,所述第一导电端子延伸入第一收容腔内可与第一插头连接器配合,堆叠式电连接器还包括与第一收容腔在竖直方向间隔排列且安装于内电路板上的第二电连接器,所述第二电连接器可供第二插头正反两个方向插入。

Description

堆叠式电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种堆叠式电连接器,尤其涉及堆叠式电连接器内部的结构。
【背景技术】
现有技术的RJ45插座连接器都与TYPE-A型的USB连接器堆叠,随着电子产品的飞速发展一种TYPE-C型的正反插USB3.1连接器面世,越来越多的电子产品上设置了TYPE-C的USB3.1,当产品同时需要RJ45插座连接器和TYPE-C USB3.1的插座时就需要分别安装,这样程序就变复杂,且耗时,增加了产品的成本。所以,有必要设计一种堆叠式电连接器,其同时满足对RJ45插座连接器和TYPE-C USB3.1插座的需求。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种堆叠式电连接器,有效地同时满足对RJ45插座连接器和TYPE-C USB3.1插座的需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种堆叠式电连接器,其可与第一、第二插头连接器电性连接,所述堆叠式电连接器包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上并水平设置的内电路板及第一导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有用以与第一插头连接器的第一收容腔,所述第一导电端子延伸入第一收容腔内可与第一插头连接器配合,堆叠式电连接器还包括与第一收容腔在竖直方向间隔排列且安装于内电路板上的第二电连接器,所述第二电连接器可供第二插头正反两个方向插入。
相较于现有技术,本发明堆叠式连接器将RJ45插座连接器与TYPE-C USB3.1插座堆叠在一起,简化了安装程序,节约了产品的成本。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1至图3所示,一种堆叠式电连接器100由RJ45插座连接器和TYPE-C型USB3.1插座连接器200组成,其可以与第一插头连接器(RJ45插头)和第二插头连接器(TYPE-C型USB3.1插头)对接。堆叠式电连接器100包括屏蔽壳体10、收容在屏蔽壳体10内的绝缘本体20、安装于绝缘本体20上水平设置的内电路板30、若干导电端子40、安装于内电路板30上的第二电连接器200(即TYPE-C型插座连接器)、承载内电路板30的基座50及安装在基座50上的指示装置60。
绝缘本体20设有用以收容RJ45插头的第一收容腔21及位于第一收容腔21下方的第二收容腔22,所述第二电连接器200收容于第二收容腔22内。导电端子40包括垂直安装在内电路板30上的安装部41,垂直于安装部41延伸入第一收容腔21的对接部42,导电端子40延伸入第一收容腔21形成RJ45插座连接器与RJ45插头对接配合。所述指示装置60包括固持部61和固持部61垂直延伸入绝缘本体20的LED灯62,基座50设有若干固持孔51,固持部61固持于固持孔51内且延伸超出基座50的下表面安装至外部元件。
堆叠式电连接器100还包括若干安装在基座50上的转接端子70,转接端子70与内电路板30电性连接。所述内电路板30的两侧边缘上还设有接地部31。屏蔽壳体10位于内电路板30两侧的侧边11上设有向内弯折的弹性接触片12,该弹性接触片12与接地部31电连接。
如图4至7所示,所述第二电连接器200包括第一屏蔽壳体201、收容于第一屏蔽壳体201内的上端子模组202和下端子模组203及位于上端子模组202和下端子模组203之间的屏蔽片204。所述上端子模组202包括上绝缘座2021及固持于上绝缘座2021内的上排端子2022。下端子模组203包括下绝缘座2031及固持于下绝缘座2031内的下排端子2032。上排端子2022和下排端子2032具有相同的数量都是12根。上、下排端子2022、2032向前延伸出上、下绝缘座2021、2031的接触部包覆一层塑胶205形成舌板207,所述上、下排端子2022、2032的接触部分显露于舌板207的表面。第二电连接器200还包括收容于第一屏蔽壳体201内且包覆于舌板207外侧的第二屏蔽壳体206。第一屏蔽壳体201设有若干安装脚2011,安装脚2011安装于内电路板30上。这样将第二电连接器200与RJ45插座堆叠在一起,这样在安装时即节省时间又节省空间。

Claims (10)

1.一种堆叠式电连接器,其可与第一、第二插头连接器电性连接,所述堆叠式电连接器包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上并水平设置的内电路板及第一导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有用以收容第一插头连接器的第一收容腔,所述导电端子延伸入第一收容腔内用以与第一插头连接器配合,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还包括与第一收容腔在竖直方向间隔排列且安装于内电路板上的第二电连接器,所述第二电连接器可供第二插头正反两个方向插入。
2.如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还设有位于第一收容腔下方的第二收容腔,所述第二电连接器收容于第二收容腔内。
3.如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二电连接器与第一导电端子安装于内电路板同一侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还包括基座及安装在基座上的若干转接端子,内电路板安装在基座上,转接端子与内电路板电性连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还指示装置,指示装置包括固持部及与固持部相连延伸入绝缘本体的LED灯,所述固持部固持于基座且延伸超出基座下表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述内电路板的两侧边缘设有接地部,位于内电路板两侧的屏蔽壳体上设有向内弯折的弹性接触片,该弹性接触片与接地部电连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二电连接器包括第一屏蔽壳体、收容于第一屏蔽壳体内的上端子模组和下端子模组、及位于上端子模组和下端子模组之间的屏蔽片,所述上端子模组和下端子模组具有相同数量的导电端子。
8.如权利要求7所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一屏蔽壳体设有若干安装脚,安装脚安装于内电路板。
9.如权利要求7所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述上端子模组包括上排端子,下端子模组包括下排端子,上端子模组与下端子模组组装在一起后,上排端子和下排端子上包覆一层塑胶形成舌板。
10.如权利要求9所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还包括第二屏蔽壳体,所述第二屏蔽壳体收容于第一屏蔽壳体内,第二屏蔽壳体包覆于舌板外围。
