Abstract

一种RJ45插座连接器,其可与对接连接器对接,所述RJ45插座连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体包括收容对接连接器的收容空间及若干隔栏,所述端子模组包括绝缘基座及成型于绝缘基座内的若干并排排列的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘基座内的固持部及与固持部相连且倾斜向后延伸的弹性接触部,所述相邻两隔栏形成一个导电端子的收容槽,所述导电端子的弹性接触部收容于对应的收容槽内,所述绝缘基座上设有若干凸台,所述各凸台设于相应的隔栏的正对位置,所述凸台与隔栏的最小间距小于导电端子的弹性接触部的厚度,防止弹性接触部被过压后偏离出相应的收容槽。

Description

RJ45插座连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种RJ45插座连接器,尤其涉及端子模组的结构。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术,参阅公告号为US6840817的美国专利。该专利揭示了一种2xN型RJ45插座连接器,其包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述端子模组包括基座及与基座一体成型的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持与基座内的固持部、自固持部延伸出倾斜向后延伸的弹性接触部,所述绝缘本体包括若干隔栏、相邻两隔栏之间形成一端子收容槽,所述导电端子的收容于弹性接触部延伸入端子收容槽内,这样的设计如果当RJ11插头误插入该RJ45插座连接器时,RJ11的绝缘体会将导电端子的弹性接触部压至最低点,这样导电端子很有可能自对应的端子收容槽内偏离出。
所以,有必要设计出一种新的RJ45插座连接器以解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种RJ45插座连接器,防止导电端子被过度下压时自隔栏间的收容槽内偏离出。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种RJ45插座连接器,其可与对接连接器对接,所述RJ45插座连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体包括收容对接连接器的收容空间及若干隔栏,所述端子模组包括绝缘基座及成型于绝缘基座内的若干并排排列的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘基座内的固持部及与固持部相连且倾斜向后延伸的弹性接触部,所述相邻两隔栏形成一个导电端子的收容槽,所述导电端子的弹性接触部收容于对应的收容槽内,所述绝缘基座上设有若干凸台,所述各凸台设于相应的隔栏的正对位置,所述凸台与隔栏的最小间距小于导电端子的弹性接触部的厚度,防止弹性接触部被过压后偏离出相应的收容槽。
相较于现有技术,本发明RJ45插座连接器的端子模组的绝缘基座上设有若干凸台,该凸台与隔栏相对,且与隔栏的间距小于导电端子弹性接触部的厚度。从而这样的设计使得导电端子被过压时,不会从隔栏之间的收容槽内偏离出来。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1至图3所示,一种RJ45插座连接器100,其可与对接连接器对接,所述RJ45插座连接器100包括屏蔽壳体10、收容于屏蔽壳体10内的绝缘本体20及收容于绝缘本体20内的端子模组30、与端子模组30组装在一起的内电路板40、安装在内电路板40上的磁性线圈50及承载内电路板40上的底座60。所述底座60上还设有若干转接端子70,所述该转接端子70将RJ45插座连接器100与外电路板(图中未示)相连。
屏蔽壳体10设有前壳体11和后壳体12,所述前壳体11的设有两侧壁110及连接两侧壁110的顶壁111,所述两侧壁110和顶壁111的边缘均设有垂直于各自的挡片112。所述绝缘本体20设有露出屏蔽壳体10的前端口21,所述当绝缘本体20安装于屏蔽壳体10内时,挡片112位于前端口21的后端。这样设置当RJ45插座连接器100安装入机箱时,挡片112可以限定RJ45插座连接器100的前后位置。
如图2、图4至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述绝缘本体20还包括收容对接连接器的收容空间22、围成收容空间22的后端面23、设置于后端面23上的若干隔栏24及位于隔栏24一侧的收容腔26,所述隔栏24自上而下延伸,所述相邻两隔栏24之间形成一个收容槽25。所述端子模组30包括绝缘基座31及成型于绝缘基座31内的若干并排排列的导电端子32。所述导电端子32包括固持于绝缘基座31内的固持部321、自固持部321延伸出的弯曲部322及自弯曲部322倾斜向后延伸的弹性接触部323。所述端子模组30从后向前安装于收容腔26内,弹性接触部323收容于收容空间22内。所述弹性接触部323包括第一段324及自第一段324下压后再斜向延伸的第二段325,所述该第二段325延伸入相邻隔栏24间的收容槽25内。所述绝缘本体20还包括底壁201,所述底壁201上设有若干限位槽202,所述端子模组30从后向前安装时,导电端子32的弯曲部322收容于限位槽202内以确定端子模组30的位置。
所述当RJ11插头误差插入RJ45插座连接器100时,RJ11的绝缘体会将导电端子32压至最低,这样导电端子32容易从相邻两隔栏24间的收容槽25内偏离出。所以在本实施例中,绝缘基座31包括一凹槽310、设置于凹槽310内的若干凸台311及设于凹槽310两侧的倒刺312。所述凸台311设于相应的隔栏24的正下方,与隔栏24相对延伸。所述凸台311与隔栏24之间的间距小于导电端子32的弹性接触部323的厚度,从而防止了弹性接触部323自对应收容槽25内偏离出来。所述相邻的凸台311之间形成一端子预压空间313,当弹性接触部323被过压时,第二段325进入端子预压空间313,从而防止弹性接触部323发生形变。所述当端子模组30从后向前安装入绝缘本体20后,绝缘基座31上倒刺312卡持于后端面23上,从而固持了端子模组30。
本实施例中的凸台311位于隔栏24的下方,而在另一实施例中的端子模组30安装于绝缘本体20的上侧时,凸台311位于隔栏24的上方。

Claims (10)

1.一种RJ45插座连接器,其可与对接连接器对接,所述RJ45插座连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体包括收容对接连接器的收容空间及若干隔栏,所述端子模组包括绝缘基座及成型于绝缘基座内的若干并排排列的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘基座内的固持部及与固持部相连且倾斜向后延伸的弹性接触部,所述相邻两隔栏形成一个导电端子的收容槽,所述导电端子的弹性接触部收容于对应的收容槽内,其特征在于:所述绝缘基座上设有若干凸台,所述各凸台设于相应的隔栏的正对位置,所述凸台与隔栏的最小间距小于导电端子的弹性接触部的厚度,防止弹性接触部被过压后偏离出相应的收容槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述凸台与隔栏相对延伸,凸台位于隔栏的下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述凸台与隔栏相对延伸,凸台位于隔栏的上方。
4.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘基座设有一凹槽,所述凸台设置于凹槽内,所述相邻的凸台之间形成一端子预压空间。
5.如权利要求4所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述相邻两凸台之间的距离大于弹性接触部的宽度,且端子预压空间与相邻隔栏间的收容槽相贯穿。
6.如权利要求4所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性接触部包括第一段及自第一段下压后再斜向延伸的第二段,所述第二段延伸入相邻隔栏间的收容槽内,当RJ11插头误插入后,该RJ11插头的绝缘本体的水平下表面抵压于弹性接触部,弹性接触部的第二段被下压至凹槽内对应的端子预压空间内,防止端子发生形变。
7.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括位于隔栏一侧的收容腔,所述端子模组从后向前安装于收容腔内,所述弹性接触部延伸入收容空间内。
8.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括底壁,所述底壁上设有若干限位槽,所述导电端子还包括连接固持部与弹性接触部的弯曲部,所述弯曲部收容于对应的限位槽内。
9.如权利要求7所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘基座包括位于凹槽两侧的倒刺,所述端子模组安装于收容腔时,倒刺卡持于后端面。
10.如权利要求1所述的RJ45插座连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还屏蔽壳体,所述屏蔽壳体包括前壳和后盖,所述前壳设有垂直壳身的挡片,所述绝缘本体设有露出屏蔽壳体的前端口,所述挡片位于前端口的后方。
