【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种增加屏蔽效果且同时简化产品结构的电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有的连接器往往会在绝缘本体的外部包覆一金属外壳以作屏蔽等作用,但有一种连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体内的导电端子以及包覆在绝缘本体外部的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体的内部设有前后贯穿的对接腔及收容于对接腔的舌板,导电端子固持于舌板。因该连接器的对接腔位于绝缘本体内部,金属外壳对导电端子的屏蔽效果较弱。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于:提供一种增加屏蔽效果的同时简化产品结构的电连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子以及安装于所述绝缘本体外侧的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体设有自其前端向后凹陷的对接腔及收容于所述对接腔且前后延伸的对接舌板,所述绝缘本体设有朝向所述对接腔的内壁面,所述导电端子固持于所述对接舌板的相对两侧并设有暴露于所述对接腔的接触部,所述金属外壳设有包覆所述绝缘本体前端的包覆部及自所述包覆部向后延伸突入所述对接腔的延伸部,所述延伸部是自所述包覆部通过抽引的方式一体成型并在所述包覆部的中间形成与所述对接腔对应的开口。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器于金属外壳前端抽引形成突伸入所述对接腔的延伸部,增加屏蔽效果的同时简化产品结构。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1及图2所示,本发明电连接器100包括绝缘本体10、固持于所述绝缘本体10的若干导电端子20以及安装于所述绝缘本体10外侧的金属外壳30。
结合图3至图5所示,所述绝缘本体10包括上表面、与所述上表面相对的下表面、前端面、与前端面相对的后端面、以及连接所述上、下表面的两端面。所述绝缘本体10内部设有对接腔101,所述对接腔101前后延伸且贯穿所述前端面。所述收容腔101收容有对接舌板11。所述绝缘本体10设有若干端子槽12,所述端子槽12部分贯穿所述对接舌板11的相对两表面。所述绝缘本体10设有自其下表面朝向对接腔101凹陷并向前贯穿绝缘本体10前端面的一对凹陷区域13,所述凹陷区域13内设有第一固定部131。所述绝缘本体10设有第三固定部14及与所述第三固定部14同样位于两端面的第二固定部15。所述绝缘本体10的底面在两凹陷区域13的两侧处还设有第一凸垫17。所述绝缘本体10的底面在接近绝缘本体10后端面处设有一对第二凸垫18。所述第一凸垫17的高度与所述第二凸垫18的高度相同,所述第二凸垫18的后端面与所述绝缘本体10的后端面共面。所述绝缘本体10还包括一对自其底面向下突伸的定位柱19,所述定位柱19的高度大于所述第一、第二凸垫17、18的高度。在横向方向上,两凹陷区域13位于两第一凸垫17之间,所述定位柱19位于所述第一、第二凸垫17、18之间。
所述导电端子20分为两排分别固定收容于所述绝缘本体10。所述导电端子20包括电源端子20P及信号端子20S。所述信号端子20S包括固持于所述绝缘本体10的固持段21S、自所述固持段21S向前延伸并突伸入所述对接腔101的接触部22S、以及自所述固持段21S向下弯折并延伸出所述绝缘本体10的连接段23S。所述电源端子20P包括固持段21P、自所述固持段21P向前延伸并暴露在所述对接舌板11的表面的接触部22P、以及自所述固持段21P继续向下延伸出所述绝缘本体10的连接段23P。所述电源端子20P的接触部22P及固持段21P的宽度分别大于所述信号端子20S的接触部22S及固持段21S的宽度。所述导电端子20分别两排且其接触部23P、23S分别暴露于所述对接舌板11的相对两表面。所述绝缘本体10设有朝向所述对接腔101的内壁面。
所述金属外壳30主体部31、自所述主体部31的前端向下弯折的包覆部32、以及自所述主体部31的相对两端分别向下弯折的弯折部33。所述主体部31贴附于所述绝缘本体10的上表面,所述包覆部32包覆于所述绝缘本体10的前端面,所述弯折部33分别贴附于所述绝缘本体10的两端面。所述包覆部32与所述弯折部33之间不相连并设有缺口34。所述包覆部32包括自其底端向后延伸的一对固持部321及自所述包覆部32向后延伸形成的延伸部322。所述延伸部322是通过抽引的方式一体成型并在所述包覆部32的中间形成于所述对接腔101对应的开口301。所述延伸部322突伸入所述对接腔101内并与所述绝缘本体10的内表面贴合。所述开口301与所述对接腔101的前端口均为囊状环形结构。所述固持部321对应所述第一固定部131处形成与之相配合固定的第一扣持部323。所述第一固定部131为突出暴露于所述凹陷区域13的凸块,所述第一扣持部323为贯穿所述固持部321的贯穿孔,该凸块的前端或后端至少一端设置成倾斜面结构以方便与该贯穿孔扣持。所述弯折部33包括与所述第二固定部15对应配合的第二扣持部331、与所述第三固定部14对应配合的第三扣持部332、以及自所述弯折部33的底端继续向下延伸的一对接脚333。所述第二固定部15为自所述两端面向外侧突伸的凸块,所述第二扣持部331为贯穿所述弯折部的贯穿孔,该凸块的前端或后端至少一端设置成倾斜面结构以方便与该贯穿孔扣持。所述第三固定部14是自所述绝缘本体10的两端面朝向所述对接腔101凹陷的凹槽,该凹槽前后延伸并贯穿所述绝缘本体10的前端面。所述第三扣持部332包括贯穿弯折部33的缺口及自该缺口的前边缘朝向内侧倾斜的弹片334。所述弹片334扣持于所述凹槽。当然,所述第一、第二固定部131、15并不局限于本实施例中的凸块,也可以是贯穿孔等其他结构;同样,所述第一、第二扣持部323、331也并不局限于本实施例中的贯穿孔结构,其也可以是凸块等其他结构。参考图5所示,所述延伸部322的前后长度小于所述对接腔101的前后强度。所述延伸部322包括两相对的长壁面3221及连接所述长壁面3221的短壁面3222,所述长壁面3221为两相互平行的平面,所述短壁面3222为两平滑的圆弧面。
所述电连接器100还包括一固定件40,所述固定件40的前、后两端均设有用以固持所述导电端子固持段21的固定槽41。所述固定件40前端的底部还设有用以间隔所述导电端子20的间隔部42,所述绝缘本体10对应所述间隔部42设置有与所述间隔部42错位设置的固定块16,所述间隔部42插入所述固定块16之间以增加所述固定件40与所述绝缘本体10之间的稳定性。本发明通过设置固定件40以固定所述导电端子20从而避免导电端子20因其固持段21较长而弯折或与相邻的导电端子20接触短路。
相较于现有技术,本发明电连接器100的延伸部322通过抽引的方式突伸入所述对接腔101内并与所述绝缘本体10的内壁面贴合,从而提升屏蔽效果的同时增强电连接器的整体强度。另外,所述延伸部322的抽引方式成型加上所述弯折部33的弯折成型使得所述金属外壳30的结构既安全又简单。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子以及安装于所述绝缘本体外侧的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体设有自其前端向后凹陷的对接腔及收容于所述对接腔且前后延伸的对接舌板,所述绝缘本体设有朝向所述对接腔的内壁面,所述导电端子排列成两排且固持于所述对接舌板的相对两侧并设有暴露于所述对接腔的接触部以及向外延伸出所述绝缘本体的接脚,其特征在于:所述金属外壳设有包覆所述绝缘本体前端的包覆部及自所述包覆部向后延伸突入所述对接腔的延伸部,所述延伸部是自所述包覆部通过抽引的方式一体成型并在所述包覆部的中间形成与所述对接腔对应的开口,所述导电端子包括电源端子和信号端子,所述电连接器还包括安装至所述绝缘本体后端的固定件,所述固定件前端的底部设有向前延伸的若干间隔部,一排所述信号端子中的接脚由所述间隔部间隔抵持从而形成前后交错的两排接脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口与所述对接腔的前端口均为囊状结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述延伸部包括两相对的长壁面及连接所述长壁面的短壁面,所述长壁面为平面,所述短壁面为平滑的圆弧面。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括上表面、与所述上表面相对的下表面以及连接所述上、下表面的两端面,所述绝缘本体的下表面设有第一固定部,所述金属外壳设有自所述包覆部的底端向后延伸的固持部,所述固持部设有与所述第一固定部配合的第一扣持部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的两端面设有第二固定部,所述金属外壳包括包覆所述绝缘本体两端面的弯折部,所述弯折部设有与所述第二固定部相配合的第二扣持部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一、第二固定部为自所述绝缘本体的外表面突伸的凸块,所述第一、第二扣持部为与所述凸块扣持的贯穿孔。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括第三固定部,所述第三固定部为自所述绝缘本体的两端面朝向所述对接腔凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽贯穿所述绝缘本体的前端面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳的弯折部设有第三扣持部,所述第三扣持部设有朝向所述对接腔弯折的弹片,所述弹片扣持于所述凹槽内。
9.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳包括主体部及自所述主体部的相对两端分别向下弯折的所述弯折部,所述包覆部是自所述主体部的前端向下弯折而成,所述包覆部与所述弯折部之间设有缺口。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳的延伸部的前后长度小于所述对接腔的前后长度。
