这种电连接器的屏蔽件仅有埋设于对接板的主体部,即设于舌板的部分,用以屏蔽上、 下排端子, 以减少上、 下排端子之间的信号干扰。 然而, 在舌板后侧的上、 下排端子之间 缺少屏蔽件的屏蔽, 使得用于减少上、 下排端子之间的信号干扰的屏蔽措施仍有不足。 再 者, 由于该绝缘本体由四个构件组合而成, 较不容易制造, 使得成本较高。 此外这种电连 接器于上、 下排端子及屏蔽件的焊接部外周均包覆有一层绝缘材料以避免其发生变形, 这 样增大了相邻两排焊接部之间的前后间距, 进而导致这种电连接器的绝缘本体的基部从前 端面到后端所需占据的空间很长, 电连接器的整体长度过长将不利于电子设备的微型化。 发明内容
因此, 本发明的一目的, 即在于提供一种具有较佳屏蔽及接地效果的电连接器。
本发明的另一目的, 即在于提供一种有利于微型化且较方便制造的电连接器。
于是本发明电连接器, 包含: 一绝缘本体、 多个端子、 一接地金属板、 一焊脚定位件 及一外屏蔽壳。 所述绝缘本体具有一主体及一由所述主体向前伸出的舌板, 所述舌板具有 上、 下表面。 所述多个端子分为上、 下两排固设于所述绝缘本体, 每个所述端子分别具有 一向前露出于所述舌板的接触部及一伸出所述绝缘本体的尾部, 其中上排端子的接触部露 出于所述舌板的上表面且下排端子的接触部露出于所述舌板的下表面。 所述接地金属板介 于上、 下排端子之间的板体, 包括一第一遮蔽部及由所述第一遮蔽部延伸出的一第二遮蔽 部, 其中所述第一遮蔽部固设于所述绝缘本体内, 所述第二遮蔽部与所述多个端子的尾部 同方向伸出所述绝缘本体。 所述焊脚定位件具有多个上下贯穿的定位孔以分别供所述多个 端子的尾部穿设定位。 所述外屏蔽壳与所述绝缘本体相结合并围绕所述舌板界定出一个对 接腔。 本发明所述的电连接器,还包含设于所述外屏蔽壳与所述绝缘本体之间的一内屏蔽壳; 所述舌板具有一连接所述主体的基部及一由所述基部向前延伸的延伸部, 所述内屏蔽壳覆 盖所述舌板的基部及所述主体相邻所述舌板的部分。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述内屏蔽壳包括一第一金属件及一第二金属件, 所 述第一金属件及所述第二金属件相配合共同覆盖所述基部及所述主体相邻所述舌板的部 分。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述焊脚定位件还具有一定位凹槽以配合容置所述接 地金属板的第二遮蔽部, 其中所述定位凹槽位于对应收容所述多个上排端子的定位孔与对 应收容所述多个下排端子的定位孔之间。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述接地金属板还具有至少一延伸出所述绝缘本体的 接地脚, 且所述接地脚穿过所述焊脚定位件的其中一定位孔。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述多个上排端子的尾部为表面悍接形式的悍脚, 且 位于所述多个下排端子的尾部后方, 所述焊脚定位件中位于所述定位凹槽后方的定位孔还 贯穿后侧面以穿设所述多个上排端子的尾部。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述舌板还具有两个分别由所述延伸部两侧相向凹入 的扣持部, 且所述接地金属板的部分侧缘露出于所述两扣持部。
本发明所述的电连接器, 其中, 所述绝缘本体由一第一绝缘件及一第二绝缘件组合形 成,所述多个上排端子埋设于所述第一绝缘件,所述多个下排端子埋设于所述第二绝缘件, 所述接地金属板夹设于所述第一绝缘件与所述第二绝缘件之间。

本发明的功效, 本发明电连接器借由接地金属板增强舌板的强度并减少端子传输信号 时的高频串扰, 并具有第二遮蔽部在多个上排端子的尾部与多个下排端子的尾部之间沿横 向延伸, 更进一步加强屏蔽的效果, 从而达到提高电性能的目的且更增加接地屏蔽效果。 此外, 该绝缘本体由第一绝缘件及第二绝缘件组合形成, 再组合该焊脚定位件供多个端子 的尾部及该接地金属板的接地脚穿设定位, 如此绝缘部件采用三件式的组合, 能使制造及 组装较为容易, 亦有利于电连接器的微型化。 附图说明

参阅图 1与图 2,本发明电连接器 100可设置于一电路板 9以供一插头连接器 200对接。 参阅图 2至图 8, 电连接器 100包含一绝缘本体 1、 多个端子 2、 一外屏蔽壳 3、 一内屏 蔽壳 4、 一接地金属板 5及一焊脚定位件 6。
该绝缘本体 1由一第一绝缘件 11及一第二绝缘件 12组合形成, 具有一主体 13及一由 该主体 13向前凸伸的舌板 14。 该主体 13具有较为宽广的一上表面 131、 一下表面 132、 连接该上、 下表面 131、 132的两侧面 133以及一前表面 134。 该舌板 14具有一连接该主 体 13的基部 141以及一由该基部 141向前延伸出的延伸部 142。其中该舌板 14的基部 141 的厚度厚于该舌板 14的延伸部 142的厚度。 具体到本实施例的该第一绝缘件 11包括一第 一主体部 13 ' 及由该第一主体部 13 ' 向前延伸出的第一舌板部 14' ; 该第二绝缘件 12包 括一第二主体部 13 "及由该第二主体部 13 "向前延伸出的第二舌板部 14"; 该第一舌板部 14' 与第二舌板部 14"组合成该绝缘本体 1的舌板 14, 该第一主体部 13 ' 与第二主体部 13 "组合成该绝缘本体 1的主体 13。
另配合参阅图 9与图 10, 多个端子 2固设于该绝缘本体 1且分别具有一露出于该舌板 14的延伸部 142的接触部 21, 及一向后伸出该绝缘本体 1的主体 13的尾部 22。上排端子 2的接触部 21露出于该舌板 14的延伸部 142的上表面 143, 而下排端子 2的接触部 21露 出于该舌板 14的延伸部 142的下表面 144。 详细来说, 多个端子 2分为上、 下两排, 多个 上排端子 2埋设于该第一绝缘件 11 ,多个下排端子 2埋设于该第二绝缘件 12。其中多个上 排端子 2的接触部 21是暴露设置在第一舌板部 14', 而其尾部 21是向后伸出第一主体部 13 '; 多个下排端子 2的接触部 21是暴露设置在第二舌板部 14", 而其尾部 22是向后伸出 第二主体部 13 "。 每排端子 2包括四根向前凸出的端子 2与八根位置稍后的端子 2, 其中 两侧的两根较长的端子 2用于接地, 而中部的两根较长的端子 2用于提供电源。 八根较短 的端子 2中包括两个高速差分信号对、 位于中央的一个低速差分信号对以及两根控制用端 子。 其中上排端子 2的接触部 21与下排端子 2的接触部 21相对舌板 14呈 180度对称设 置, 从而使插头连接器 200可以 180度翻转地插入到电连接器 100。
该外屏蔽壳 3与该绝缘本体 1相结合并围绕该舌板 14的外部空间界定出一个对接腔 31, 且具有四个焊脚 32以固定至电路板 9。 其中该绝缘本体 1的前表面 134朝向对接腔 31。
该内屏蔽壳 4覆盖该舌板 14的基部 141及该主体 13的上、 下表面 131、 132与前表面 134, 且具有多个用以定位该内屏蔽壳 4的固定凸片 41、 42。 具体而言, 该内屏蔽壳 4包 括一第一金属件 44及一第二金属件 45。该第一金属件 44具有一覆盖该基部 141的第一横 板部 441、 从该第一横板部 441 的后端垂直弯折延伸出的一第一弯折部 442, 以及从该第 —弯折部 442的上缘水平向后延伸出的一第一固定部 443。该第二金属件 45具有一覆盖该 基部 141的第二横板部 451、 从该第二横板部 451 的后端垂直弯折延伸出的一第二弯折部 452, 以及从该第二弯折部 452下缘水平向后延伸出的一第二固定部 453。 该第一、 第二横 板部 441、 451覆盖该舌板 14的基部 141的上下两侧, 该第一弯折部 442与该第二弯折部 452覆盖于该主体 13的前表面 134, 该第一固定部 443与该第二固定部 453分别覆盖于该 主体 13的上、 下表面 131、 132。 换言之, 该第一金属件 44及该第二金属件 45共同覆盖 该舌板 14的基部 141的上下两侧, 亦即该内屏蔽壳 4覆盖该舌板 14的基部 141, 以将多 个端子 2环绕包围在其中且与这些端子 2保持有一间隙。 在某些较为精简的替代实施例中 (图未示), 该内屏蔽壳 4也可以被设置为仅仅覆盖该舌板 14的基部 141, 或是只覆盖该 舌板 14的基部 141与该主体 13的前表面 134, 从而在一定程度上达到接地屏蔽的效果, 防止对接腔 31 内的电磁辐射穿过绝缘本体 1 向后泄漏影响端子 2的尾部, 从而达到提高 端子 2的信号传输质量以及防止电磁辐射泄漏到电连接器 100外部的目的。
该绝缘本体 1还具有两个靠近该舌板 14的基部 141两侧且沿上下方向延伸的槽道 135、 多个分别形成于该上、 下表面 131、 132的卡槽 136, 及两个形成于该上表面 131的让位凹 槽 137。在某些替代实施例中的两槽道的后端终止于主体 13的前方或主体 13与舌板 14的 交接处 (图未示), 其中四个固定凸片 41分别形成于该第一横板部 441及第二横板部 451 的横向两侧并嵌入卡置于对应的槽道 135, 从而达到固定该第一横板部 441及第二横板部 451 的目的。 而具体到本较佳实施例的两槽道 135还较佳是进一步向后延伸到该绝缘本体 1的主体 13内一设定深度, 并上下贯穿该主体 13; 四个固定凸片 41的后部嵌入至该主体 13上形成的槽道内 135 , 从而被该主体 13夹持固定在其中, 借此防止固定凸片 41向外张 开发生变形; 四个固定凸片 42较佳是分别形成于该第一固定部 443及该第二固定部 453 的横向两侧以嵌入卡置于对应的卡槽 136, 用以加强固定第一金属件 44及第二金属件 45 ; 另外两个焊接脚 43形成于该第二弯折部 452及该第二固定部 453, 焊接脚 43由该第二横 板部 451朝向该外屏蔽壳 3延伸出, 该外屏蔽壳 3具有对应的两个穿孔 33以容置对应的 焊接脚 43, 使位于对应穿孔 33的焊接脚 43可焊接于电路板 9(见图 11、 12)形成接地及提 供固定的效果。 该第一金属件 44还具有形成于该第一弯折部 442及该第一固定部 443的 两个接地弹片 444,两个接地弹片 444由该第一横板部 441延伸出并与该外屏蔽壳 3接触 (见 图 12), 从而使该内屏蔽壳 4与该外屏蔽壳 3达成接地及辅助固定的效果。
该内屏蔽壳 4的前缘较佳具有呈弯弧状的至少一导引部, 该舌板 14还对应该导引部形 成有至少一让位沟槽, 其中该导引部的前端缘与让位沟槽之间具有一间隙, 从而可供导引 部微量活动于其中。 具体到本较佳实施例, 该第一金属件 44还具有一形成于该第一横板 部 441前缘且呈弯弧状的第一导引部 445,该第二金属件 45还具有一形成于该第二横板部 45前缘且呈弯弧状的第二导引部 454。 该舌板 14还具有两个分别形成于该基部 141上、 下表面 143、 144的让位沟槽 145(见图 12), 以分别容置该第一、 第二导引部 445、 454。 当 插头连接器 200(见图 1)与电连接器 100对接过程中, 该第一、 第二导引部 445、 454可使 插头连接器 200的对接前缘 201容易通过而不会产生阻滞。 而且, 当插头连接器 200与电 连接器 100对接后, 插头连接器 200的多个上、 下接地弹片 202可以接触该内屏蔽壳 4的 第一横板部 441及第二横板部 451以达成接地的效果, 从而构成第一接地屏蔽结构来阻止 电磁辐射穿过绝缘本体 1向后泄露。 而该外屏蔽壳 3与该插头连接器 200的屏蔽外壳 203 接触, 构成第二接地屏蔽结构, 从而可以有效地在对接腔 31 的外周达成一个整体包围的 屏蔽效果。
参阅图 7至图 10, 该接地金属板 5夹设于该第一绝缘件 11与该第二绝缘件 12之间。 该接地金属板 5为介于上、 下排端子之间的板体, 包括一第一遮蔽部 51及由该第一遮蔽 部 51延伸的一第二遮蔽部 52,及两个分别由该第一遮蔽部 51向后延伸出该绝缘本体 1且 位于该第二遮蔽部 52两侧的接地脚 53。其中第一遮蔽部 51固设于该绝缘本体 1内, 该第 二遮蔽部 52与端子 2的尾部 22同方向伸出该绝缘本体 1 ; 具体而言, 该第二遮蔽部 52由 该接地金属板 5的第一遮蔽部 51后端垂直向下弯折而成, 并在多个上排端子 2的尾部 22 与多个下排端子 2的尾部 22之间沿横向延伸。 在本实施例中, 该第二绝缘件 12具有多个 凸柱 121, 且该第一绝缘件 11上具有多个分别与多个凸柱 121相配合卡接的凹孔 111, 该 接地金属板 5具有多个形成于该第一遮蔽部 51以分别供对应凸柱 121穿设的穿孔 511。当 然, 在等效的实施方式中, 也可以是该第一绝缘件 11具有凸柱, 而该第二绝缘件 12具有 凹孔。 该接地金属板 5可以增强舌板 14的强度并减少上排端子 2与下排端子 2传输信号 时的高频串扰, 尤其第二遮蔽部 52在多个上排端子 2的尾部 22与多个下排端子 2的尾部 22之间沿横向延伸, 更进一步加强屏蔽的效果, 并通过接地脚 53接地, 从而达到提高端 子 2的电性能的目的。 再者, 参阅图 1与图 3, 该舌板 14还具有两个分别由该延伸部 142 两侧相向凹入的扣持部 146, 且该接地金属板 5的部分侧缘露出于这些扣持部 146, 借此, 插头连接器 200与电连接器 100对接时, 插头连接器 200的扣持弹片 (未图示)可以扣持在 对应的扣持部 146并与接地金属板 5接触, 且通过接地金属板 5的接地脚 53接地, 从而 使插头连接器 200具有较佳的接地效果。 参阅图 9至图 12, 该焊脚定位件 6与该绝缘本体 1的本体 13结合固定。 具体而言, 该 悍脚定位件 6结合于该第二绝缘件 12后侧且在该第一绝缘件 11下方, 并具有分别凸出左 右两侧的两个卡块 61 以卡置于该第二绝缘件 12上的限位槽 122, 及多个上下贯穿的定位 孔 62、 63以分别供多个端子 2的尾部 22及该接地金属板 5的接地脚 53穿设定位, 从而 防止多个尾部 22及接地脚 53变形。 在本实施例中, 多个下排端子 2的尾部 22笔直向下 延伸为穿孔焊接形式的焊脚。 多个上排端子 2的尾部 22末端形成弯折, 为表面焊接形式 的焊脚, 且位于多个下排端子 2的尾部 22后方, 该焊脚定位件 6中位于后排的定位孔 63 还贯穿后侧面以穿设多个上排端子 2的尾部 22。此外, 该焊脚定位件 6还具有一定位凹槽 64以对应容置该接地金属板 5的第二遮蔽部 52的末端 (见图 13), 其中该定位凹槽 64位于 对应收容上排端子 2的定位孔 63与对应收容下排端子 2的定位孔 62之间。
参阅图 10、 图 13至图 15, 该第一绝缘件 11较该第二绝缘件 12向后凸伸, 并于凸伸部 分的底面向下凸出形成一端子间隔部 15。该接地金属板 5的后部形成有一供该端子间隔部 15穿过的穿孔 521。参阅图 13至图 15, 该端子间隔部 15压抵于位于中间的两根下排端子 2较向后凸出的尾部 22, 以避免多个端子 2的尾部 22在安装到电路板 9时向上弯折变形 与该接地金属板 5接触导致短路。
综上所述, 本发明电连接器 100借由接地金属板 5增强舌板 14的强度并减少端子 2传 输信号时的高频串扰, 且由于第二遮蔽部 52在多个上排端子 2的尾部 22与多个下排端子 2的尾部 22之间沿横向延伸, 更进一步加强屏蔽的效果, 从而达到提高电性能的目的且更 增加接地屏蔽效果。 此外, 该绝缘本体 1由第一绝缘件 11及第二绝缘件 12组合形成, 再 组合该焊脚定位件 6供多个端子 2的尾部 22及该接地金属板 5的接地脚 53穿设定位, 如 此绝缘部件采用三件式的组合,有利于电连接器 100的微型化且能使制造及组装较为容易。
然而以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 当不能以此限定本发明的范围, 即凡依 本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰, 皆仍属本发明的权利要求 的范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述电连接器包含:
一绝缘本体, 具有一主体及一由所述主体向前伸出的舌板,所述舌板具有上、下表面; 多个端子, 分为上、 下两排固设于所述绝缘本体, 所述每个端子分别具有一向前露出 于所述舌板的接触部及一伸出所述绝缘本体的尾部, 其中上排端子的接触部露出于所述舌 板的上表面且下排端子的接触部露出于所述舌板的下表面;
一接地金属板, 其为介于上、 下排端子之间的板体, 包括一第一遮蔽部及由所述第一 遮蔽部延伸出的一第二遮蔽部, 其中所述第一遮蔽部固设于所述绝缘本体内, 所述第二遮 蔽部与所述多个端子的尾部同方向伸出所述绝缘本体;
一焊脚定位件, 具有多个上下贯穿的定位孔以分别供所述多个端子的尾部穿设定位; 及
一外屏蔽壳, 与所述绝缘本体相结合并围绕所述舌板的外部空间界定出一个对接腔。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述电连接器还包含设于所述外屏 蔽壳与所述绝缘本体之间的一内屏蔽壳; 所述舌板具有一连接所述主体的基部及一由所述 基部向前延伸的延伸部, 所述内屏蔽壳覆盖所述舌板的基部及所述主体相邻所述舌板的部 分。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述内屏蔽壳包括一第一金属件及 一第二金属件, 所述第一金属件及所述第二金属件共同覆盖所述基部及所述主体相邻所述 舌板的部分。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述悍脚定位件还具有一定位凹槽 以配合容置所述接地金属板的第二遮蔽部, 其中所述定位凹槽位于对应收容所述多个上排 端子的定位孔与对应收容所述多个下排端子的定位孔之间。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述接地金属板还具有至少一延伸 出所述绝缘本体的接地脚, 且所述接地脚穿过所述焊脚定位件的其中一定位孔。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述多个上排端子的尾部为表面焊 接形式的焊脚, 且位于所述多个下排端子的尾部后方, 所述焊脚定位件中位于所述定位凹 槽后方的定位孔还贯穿后侧面以穿设所述多个上排端子的尾部。
7. 如权利要求 2或 3所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述舌板还具有两个分别由所 述延伸部两侧相向凹入的扣持部, 且所述接地金属板的部分侧缘露出于所述两扣持部。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘本体由一第一绝缘件及一 第二绝缘件组合形成, 所述多个上排端子埋设于所述第一绝缘件, 所述多个下排端子埋设 于所述第二绝缘件, 所述接地金属板夹设于所述第一绝缘件与所述第二绝缘件之间。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一绝缘件包括一第一主体部 及一由所述第一主体部向前延伸出的第一舌板部, 其中所述多个上排端子的接触部是暴露 设置在所述第一舌板部; 所述第二绝缘件包括一第二主体部及一由所述第二主体部向前延 伸出的第二舌板部, 其中所述多个下排端子的接触部是暴露设置在所述第二舌板部; 所述 第一舌板部与所述第二舌板部组合成所述绝缘本体的舌板, 所述第一主体部与所述第二主 体部组合成所述绝缘本体的主体。
