Description

電連接器
本發明係關於一種電連接器,尤其涉及一種提升遮蔽效果的電連接器。
習知的連接器往往會在絕緣本體的外部包覆一金屬外殼以作遮罩等作用,惟有一種連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固持於絕緣本體內的導電端子以及包覆在絕緣本體外部的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體的內部設有前後貫穿的對接腔及收容於對接腔的舌板,導電端子固持於舌板。因該連接器的對接腔位於絕緣本體內部,金屬外殼對導電端子的遮罩效果較弱。
是以,鑒於以上問題,實有必要提供一種新的電連接器,以解決上述問題。
本發明所要達成之目的係提供一種提升遮蔽效果的電連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明提供一種電連接器,其包括:絕緣本體,包括自其前端向後凹陷的對接腔及收容於所述對接腔的對接舌板,所述絕緣本體設有面向所述對接腔的內壁面;複數導電端子,固持於所述絕緣本體內且設有暴露於所述對接舌板相對表面的接觸部;以及金屬外殼,安裝於所述絕緣本體外側;所述金屬外殼設有包覆所述絕緣本體前端的包覆部及自所述包覆部向後延伸突入所述對接腔的延伸部,所述延伸部是自所述包覆部藉由抽引的方式一體成型並在所述包覆部的中間形成與所述對接腔對應的開口。
相對先前技術,本發明電連接器於金屬外殼前端抽引形成突伸入對接腔的延伸部,提升遮罩效果的同時簡化產品結構。
以下,將結合第一圖至第五圖介紹本發明電連接器的具體實施方式。
參考第一圖及第二圖所示,本發明電連接器100包括絕緣本體10、固持於所述絕緣本體10的複數導電端子20以及安裝於所述絕緣本體10外側的金屬外殼30。
結合第三圖至第五圖所示,所述絕緣本體10包括上表面、與所述上表面相對的下表面、前端面、與前端面相對的後端面、以及連接所述上、下表面的兩端面。所述絕緣本體10內部設有對接腔101,所述對接腔101前後延伸且貫穿所述前端面。所述收容腔101收容有對接舌板11。所述絕緣本體10設有複數端子槽12,所述端子槽12部分貫穿所述對接舌板11的相對兩表面。所述絕緣本體10設有自其下表面朝向對接腔101凹陷並向前貫穿絕緣本體10前端面的一對凹陷區域13,所述凹陷區域13內設有第一固定部131。所述絕緣本體10設有第三固定部14及與所述第三固定部14同樣位於兩端面的第二固定部15。所述絕緣本體10的底面在兩凹陷區域13的兩側處還設有第一凸墊17。所述絕緣本體10的底面在接近絕緣本體10後端面處設有一對第二凸墊18。所述第一凸墊17的高度與所述第二凸墊18的高度相同,所述第二凸墊18的後端面與所述絕緣本體10的後端面共面。所述絕緣本體10還包括一對自其底面向下突伸的定位柱19,所述定位柱19的高度大於所述第一、第二凸墊17、18的高度。在橫向方向上,兩凹陷區域13位於兩第一凸墊17之間,所述定位柱19位於所述第一、第二凸墊17、18之間。
所述導電端子20分為兩排分別固定收容於所述絕緣本體10。所述導電端子20包括電源端子20P及訊號端子20S。所述訊號端子20S包括固持於所述絕緣本體10的固持段21S、自所述固持段21S向前延伸並突伸入所述對接腔101的接觸部22S、以及自所述固持段21S向下彎折並延伸出所述絕緣本體10的連接段23S。所述電源端子20P包括固持段21P、自所述固持段21P向前延伸並暴露在所述對接舌板11的表面的接觸部22P、以及自所述固持段21P繼續向下延伸出所述絕緣本體10的連接段23P。所述電源端子20P的接觸部22P及固持段21P的寬度分別大於所述訊號端子20S的接觸部22S及固持段21S的寬度。所述導電端子20分別兩排且其接觸部23P、23S分別暴露於所述對接舌板11的相對兩表面。所述絕緣本體10設有朝向所述對接腔101的內壁面。
所述金屬外殼30主體部31、自所述主體部31的前端向下彎折的包覆部32、以及自所述主體部31的相對兩端分別向下彎折的彎折部33。所述主體部31貼附於所述絕緣本體10的上表面,所述包覆部32包覆於所述絕緣本體10的前端面,所述彎折部33分別貼附於所述絕緣本體10的兩端面。所述包覆部32與所述彎折部33之間不相連並設有缺口34。所述包覆部32包括自其底端向後延伸的一對固持部321及自所述包覆部32向後延伸形成的延伸部322。所述延伸部322是藉由抽引的方式一體成型並在所述包覆部32的中間形成於所述對接腔101對應的開口301。所述延伸部322突伸入所述對接腔101內並與所述絕緣本體10的內表面貼合。所述開口301與所述對接腔101的前端均為囊狀環形結構。所述固持部321對應所述第一固定部131處形成與之相配合固定的第一扣持部323。所述第一固定部131為突出暴露於所述凹陷區域13的凸塊,所述第一扣持部323為貫穿所述固持部321的貫穿孔,該凸塊的前端或後端至少一端設置成傾斜面結構以方便與該貫穿孔扣持。所述彎折部33包括與所述第二固定部15對應配合的第二扣持部331、與所述第三固定部14對應配合的第三扣持部332、以及自所述彎折部33的底端繼續向下延伸的一對接腳333。所述第二固定部15為自所述兩端面向外側突伸的凸塊,所述第二扣持部331為貫穿所述彎折部的貫穿孔,該凸塊的前端或後端至少一端設置成傾斜面結構以方便與該貫穿孔扣持。所述第三固定部14是自所述絕緣本體10的兩端面朝向所述對接腔101凹陷的凹槽,該凹槽前後延伸並貫穿所述絕緣本體10的前端面。所述第三扣持部332包括貫穿彎折部33的缺口及自該缺口的前邊緣朝向內側傾斜的彈片334。所述彈片334扣持於所述凹槽。當然,所述第一、第二固定部131、15並不局限於本實施例中的凸塊,也可以是貫穿孔等其他結構;同樣,所述第一、第二扣持部323、331也並不局限於本實施例中的貫穿孔結構,其也可以是凸塊等其他結構。參考第五圖所示,所述延伸部322的前後長度小於所述對接腔101的前後強度。所述延伸部322包括兩相對的長壁面324及連接所述長壁面324的短壁面325,所述長壁面324為兩相互平行的平面,所述短壁面325為兩平滑的圓弧面。
所述電連接器100還包括一固定件40,所述固定件40的前、後兩端均設有用以固持所述導電端子固持段21的固定槽41。所述固定件40前端的底部還設有用以間隔所述導電端子20的間隔部42,所述絕緣本體10對應所述間隔部42設置有與所述間隔部42錯位設置的固定塊16,所述間隔部42插入所述固定塊16之間以增加所述固定件40與所述絕緣本體10之間的穩定性。本發明藉由設置固定件40以固定所述導電端子20從而避免導電端子20因其固持段21較長而彎折或與相鄰的導電端子20接觸短路。
相較於習知技術,本發明電連接器100的延伸部322藉由抽引的方式突伸入所述對接腔101內並與所述絕緣本體10的內壁面貼合,從而提升遮罩效果的同時增強電連接器的整體強度。另外,所述延伸部322的抽引方式成型加上所述彎折部33的彎折成型使得所述金屬外殼30的結構既安全又簡單。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,其包括: 絕緣本體,包括自其前端向後凹陷的對接腔及收容於所述對接腔的對接舌板,所述絕緣本體設有面向所述對接腔的內壁面; 複數導電端子,固持於所述絕緣本體內且設有暴露於所述對接舌板相對表面的接觸部;以及 金屬外殼,安裝於所述絕緣本體外側; 其中,所述金屬外殼設有包覆所述絕緣本體前端的包覆部及自所述包覆部向後延伸突入所述對接腔的延伸部,所述延伸部是自所述包覆部藉由抽引的方式一體成型並在所述包覆部的中間形成與所述對接腔對應的開口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述開口與所述對接腔的前埠均為囊狀結構。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述延伸部包括兩相對的長壁面及連接所述長壁面的短壁面,所述長壁面為平面,所述短壁面為平滑的圓弧面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體包括上表面、與所述上表面相對的下表面以及連接所述上、下表面的兩端面,所述絕緣本體的下表面設有第一固定部,所述金屬外殼設有自所述包覆部的底端向後延伸的固持部,所述固持部設有與所述第一固定部配合的第一扣持部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體的兩端面設有第二固定部,所述金屬外殼包括包覆所述絕緣本體兩端面的彎折部,所述彎折部設有與所述第二固定部相配合的第二扣持部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電連接器,其中所述第一、第二固定部為自所述絕緣本體的外表面突伸的凸塊,所述第一、第二扣持部為與所述凸塊扣持的貫穿孔。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體還包括第三固定部,所述第三固定部為自所述絕緣本體的兩端面朝向所述對接腔凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽貫穿所述絕緣本體的前端面。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼的彎折部設有第三扣持部,所述第三扣持部設有朝向所述對接腔彎折的彈片,所述彈片扣持於所述凹槽內。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼包括主體部及自所述主體部的相對兩端分別向下彎折的所述彎折部,所述包覆部是自所述主體部的前端向下彎折而成,所述包覆部與所述彎折部之間設有缺口。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼的延伸部的前後長度小於所述對接腔的前後長度。
