Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 燃料タンク内の蒸発燃料をキャニスタに吸着させ、その吸着された蒸発燃料をエンジンに吸入させ、燃料タンクとキャニスタとを接続する経路上に、燃料タンクとキャニスタとの連通を制御する封鎖弁を備え、キャニスタとエンジンとを接続する経路上に、キャニスタとエンジンとの連通を制御するパージ弁を備えた蒸発燃料処理装置において、
燃料タンク内の空間圧力を内圧として検出する内圧センサと、
前記内圧センサによって燃料タンクの内圧が負圧であることが検出され、且つ前記パージ弁が閉じられているとき、前記封鎖弁を開いてキャニスタを通じて燃料タンクに大気圧を供給する封鎖弁制御手段と
を備える蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 燃料タンク内の蒸発燃料をキャニスタに吸着させ、その吸着された蒸発燃料をエンジンに吸入させ、燃料タンクとキャニスタとを接続する経路上に、燃料タンクとキャニスタとの連通を制御する封鎖弁を備え、キャニスタとエンジンとを接続する経路上に、キャニスタとエンジンとの連通を制御するパージ弁を備えた蒸発燃料処理装置において、
燃料タンク内の空間圧力を内圧として検出する内圧センサと、
前記内圧センサによって燃料タンクの内圧が負圧であることが検出され、且つ前記パージ弁が開かれているとき、前記封鎖弁を開いてキャニスタを通じて燃料タンクに大気圧を供給し、前記封鎖弁の開度を燃料タンクの内圧の変化を抑制するように制御する封鎖弁制御手段と
を備える蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記封鎖弁制御手段は、前記内圧センサによって燃料タンクの内圧が負圧であることが検出されている状態で、前記パージ弁が開から閉に切り換えられると、燃料タンクの内圧の変化を抑制するように前記封鎖弁の開度を抑制制御するのを中止して封鎖弁を開く蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 請求項2又は3において、
前記封鎖弁制御手段は、封鎖弁を開く際、前記封鎖弁の開度を時間と共に増大させる蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 請求項2又は3において、
前記封鎖弁制御手段は、封鎖弁を開く際、燃料タンクの内圧の変化が予め設定された特性となるように前記封鎖弁の開度を制御する蒸発燃料処理装置。 - 請求項2又は3において、
前記封鎖弁制御手段は、封鎖弁を開く際、エンジンにおける空燃比のフィードバック補正量が所定範囲内となるように前記封鎖弁の開度を制御する蒸発燃料処理装置。
