Description
プーリ面を有する一対のプーリ半体でV溝を形成する入力プーリ及び出力プーリと、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリを軸支する回転軸と、
前記入力プーリと前記出力プーリとに掛け渡される無端伝達部材とを備え、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリのV溝幅を変更することにより変速比を変更して、前記無端伝達部材を介して前記入力プーリに伝達された駆動力を前記出力プーリに伝達する無段変速機であって、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリの少なくとも一方のプーリ半体は、前記回転軸に対して相対回転可能な第1半体要素と、前記第1半体要素と前記無端伝達部材との間で前記第1半体要素の表面を摺動可能な第2半体要素とを有し、
前記第2半体要素は、回転中心としての前記回転軸と一体回転するように構成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- プーリ面を有する一対のプーリ半体でV溝を形成する入力プーリ及び出力プーリと、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリを軸支する回転軸と、
前記入力プーリと前記出力プーリとに掛け渡される無端伝達部材とを備え、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリのV溝幅を変更することにより変速比を変更して、前記無端伝達部材を介して前記入力プーリに伝達された駆動力を前記出力プーリに伝達する無段変速機であって、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリは一対のプーリ半体で夫々構成され、
前記入力プーリ又は前記出力プーリの少なくとも一方のプーリ半体は、前記回転軸に対して相対回転可能な第1半体要素と、前記第1半体要素と前記無端伝達部材との間で前記第1半体要素の表面を摺動可能な第2半体要素とを有し、
前記第2半体要素は、回転中心としての前記回転軸と一体回転するように構成されることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1記載の無段変速機であって、
前記入力プーリのプーリ半体及び前記出力プーリのプーリ半体は、少なくとも軸方向に移動可能な移動半体であり、
該移動半体が、
前記回転軸に対して軸方向に移動可能であり且つ回転が阻止される前記第1半体要素と、
前記回転軸に対して軸方向に移動可能であると共に、前記回転軸と一体回転する前記第2半体要素とで構成されることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記第1半体要素と前記第2半体要素との間には、
周方向に間隔を存して配置される複数の転動体を有する摩擦低減部が設けられることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記第1半体要素と前記第2半体要素との間には、
周方向に間隔を存して配置される複数の転動体を有する摩擦低減部が設けられることを特徴とする無段変速機。
