Abstract
Description
接合装置100によって接合する複合材(セラミックセパレータ40)は、図1〜図4のうち特に図2〜図4に示している。複合材(セラミックセパレータ40)は、例えばリチウムイオン二次電池1を構成している袋詰電極11に用いるものである。
第2実施形態に係る複合材(セラミックセパレータ40)の接合方法を具現化した接合装置200について、図8を参照しながら説明する。

Claims (10)
- 溶融材と、前記溶融材よりも溶融温度が高い耐熱部材および前記耐熱部材を前記溶融材に結合させる結合部材を含む耐熱材と、を備えた複合材を用い、前記耐熱材同士を対面させた一対の前記複合材を互いに接合する方法であって、
加工部材によって前記複合材を押圧しつつ超音波を印加し、かつ、加熱部材によって前記結合部材に熱を加えることによって、耐熱部材同士を接合部から周囲の領域に移動させて対面した前記溶融材同士を接合する接合工程を有し、
前記接合工程は、前記加熱部材によって前記結合部材をガラス転移点以上であって融点未満の温度に加熱する複合材の接合方法。 - 前記接合工程は、前記加熱部材によって前記結合部材に熱を加えながら、前記加工部材によって前記複合材に超音波を印加する請求項1に記載の複合材の接合方法。
- 前記接合工程は、前記加工部材によって前記複合材に超音波を印加する前から、前記加熱部材によって前記結合部材に熱を加える請求項1または2に記載の複合材の接合方法。
- 前記接合工程は、前記加工部材によって前記耐熱材同士の接合面に沿って超音波を印加する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の接合方法。
- 前記加熱部材によって前記結合部材を加熱する温度は、前記溶融材の融点未満の温度である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の接合方法。
- 溶融材と、前記溶融材よりも溶融温度が高い耐熱部材および前記耐熱部材を前記溶融材に結合させる結合部材を含む耐熱材と、を備えた複合材を用い、前記耐熱材同士を対面させた一対の前記複合材を互いに接合する装置であって、
前記複合材を押圧しつつ前記複合材に超音波を印加する加工部材と、
前記結合部材をガラス転移点以上であって融点未満の温度に加熱する加熱部材と、を有する複合材の接合装置。 - 前記加工部材と一対の前記複合材を介して対向し、一対の前記複合材を前記加工部材の側に付勢する付勢部材をさらに有し、
前記加熱部材は、前記付勢部材を介して前記結合部材に熱を加える請求項6に記載の複合材の接合装置。 - 前記加熱部材の温度を測定する測定部材と、
前記測定部材の測定結果に基づき前記加熱部材の温度を制御する制御部材と、をさらに有する請求項6または7に記載の複合材の接合装置。 - 前記加工部材は、一対の前記複合材の搬送方向に沿って回転自在な円盤形状に形成し、前記溶融材を連続的に押圧しつつ超音波を印加する請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の接合装置。
- 前記付勢部材は、一対の前記複合材の搬送方向に沿って回転自在な円盤形状に形成し、一対の前記複合材を前記加工部材の側に連続的に付勢する請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の接合装置。
