Claims (5)
- 亜鉛めっきを施した送電鉄塔の表面に塗布され、耐候性を備える塗膜を前記送電鉄塔の表面に形成する送電鉄塔用塗料であって、
前記送電鉄塔の表面に直接塗布される下塗り塗料と、前記下塗り塗料の塗布後に重ねて塗布される上塗り塗料とを備え、
前記下塗り塗料は、アルミニウム微粉末、エポキシ樹脂、及び、第1溶剤を含み、
前記上塗り塗料は、黒鉛、フッ素樹脂、及び、第2溶剤を含むことを特徴とする送電鉄塔用塗料。 - 前記第2溶剤は、前記第1溶剤よりも前記エポキシ樹脂に対する溶解力が低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送電鉄塔用塗料。
- 前記第1溶剤は、キシレン、メチルイソブチルケトン、及び、イソプロピルアルコールから選択され、
前記第2溶剤は、ミネラルスピリット、及び、低沸点芳香族ナフサから選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の送電鉄塔用塗料。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の送電鉄塔用塗料を、前記送電鉄塔の表面に塗布する送電鉄塔の塗装方法であって、
前記上塗り塗料による塗膜の標準厚さを、前記下塗り塗料による塗膜の標準厚さよりも薄くすることを特徴とする送電鉄塔の塗装方法。 - 前記下塗り塗料による塗膜の標準厚さを60〜90μmの範囲内に設定し、
前記上塗り塗料による塗膜の標準厚さを、30μm以上とすると共に、前記下塗り塗料による塗膜の標準厚さよりも30μm以上薄く設定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の送電鉄塔の塗装方法。
